Yoga

This place is great! Beautiful gym, staff are knowledgeable and everyone was really welcoming. The owner, Ben, is great. He took extra time to ensure I was doing everything safely and correctly, and was very encouraging. I'm brand new to crossFit, but not to weights, and I'm very excited to have found this facility.

Kitchen equipment fully stocked but linens smelled like old sweaty man. They clearly didn't change the sheets. Cool place but very questionable hygiene.

A little treasure!

Very friendly staff, Royal Canadian Army Cadets is at this location.

Very nice facility. Ice didn't look great, could see lots of grey patches. Hope it hold up for young Canada week.

I went to Northumberland Dental Hygiene Clinic to ask about teeth whitening. Mary Ito explained the whole process and in just a few minutes was able to take a mold of my teeth. The next week my take-home kit was ready and in just a couple of weeks more, my teeth were looking great. My wife noticed a difference in just a couple of days. the process was simple, painless, and easy. Mary and the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional. I would happily recommend Northumberland Dental Hygiene clinic to my friends and family.

They are very good and patient with my dog.

Sarah is an excellent physiotherapist. She has extensive knowledge in treating and rehabilitation of injuries. I recommend ActiveNorth for everyone. Sarah is thorough in her treatments and takes a hands on approach.

This is one of my favourite gyms! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. The workouts are killer, but always modifiable for those who are beginners.
