Having been diagnosed with stenosis of the lower spine I was ecstatic to find that there actually is Pilates being taught in Lethbridge and that Andrea could help me develop core strength with my condition in mind. I couldn't ask for a more professional, experienced and knowledgeable instructor. I so look forward to every lesson I take!

Great open space and atmosphere to work in when you need a break from working at school or from home. Keeps the productivity levels high.

The only place in town I go to. Great for athletes, or a relaxing massage. Customer for over 6 years, very satisfied.

Helped me so much after back surgery. His advice never steers me wrong, and the adjustments are gentle and effective. Got me active again!

Just got my nose pierced by Heather, and I could not be happier. She is the nicest lady ever, and made sure to let me know the process step by step. She is also super knowledgeable about piercings, and very meticulous! She is honestly the best!!
