I really enjoy being a member of the Fitness Firm! The gym is smaller than most large gyms but that allows for the use of machines that are often taken at large gyms. I especially like the fitness classes - I typically attend 2-3 per week. They are smaller than typical which allows for a more personal training - the instructors (shout out to Siobhan) are able to watch your form and give you personalized tips. Monthly rates are reasonable. I would recommend Fitness Firm as a gym.

Coaches are incredible. Atmosphere is always welcoming and you never feel like you are out of place. Everyone works at their level and it's ok to be doing a modified exercise. Best off all NO CLASS TIMES!!!! If you haven't tried it, give them a call, you'll love it!
