Yoga

If you want to learn kundalini yoga, this is the place. They have great classes. Try it for a bit and you will see chances in yourself.

Loving the classes I have explored this week. Supple focused poses, just enough not too much for my aging body and super care and attention from the instructors. I'm thrilled I found this studio!

Very poor customer service.

Studio is nice and instructor is friendly. She is warm and welcoming to talk to.

love the studio but not the odors so much :/

Essa is a wonderful yoga teacher and bodyworker. She has been instrumental in helping me fine-tune my yoga practice through her private yoga sessions and recently finished her training in massage and bodywork which has made our sessions together even better. I highly recommend Nineteen Yoga and Massage for all your wellness needs!

Awesome atmosphere, very clean, great selection of classes! Love it!

If your looking for a studio that has amazing energy in a beautiful calming space which is like being wrapped in a gentle hug believe is the place to go great classes great teachers . If you not sure whether it's for you try the free class and I think you will feel somewhat the same.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst yoga studio I have ever been to. The room is dark and so small only fit for 10-15 people and they burn incense to cover up all the pools of sweat. I could only stay in there for 5 minuets, felt like vomiting. There’s no showers or changing rooms or lockers you have to keep your things outside the room and the washroom you need to change in was so dirty. To top it all off the yoga instructor was 10 minuets late. Was a good thing I just spent $10 for a week. Never going back there and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Was at the mall this weekend and bought some loafs from the Senior Centre. I devoured the pumpkin loaf (lucky it was a small one) and I especially loved the apple bread. I want more. I was going to freeze it but ate it all instead. Great cooks at your centre.

Awesome workout! Great gym for woman ☺

Nice staff , well run☺

Awesome supportive atmosphere. Non judgemental. All walks of life and fitness levels in one gym. I love the treadmills. Actually all equipment is great. Staff personable, helpful, and so relaxed. First gym I've come across that allows me to get fit on my schedule and not have to miss out on classes, or equipment. LOVE.THIS.GYM!

Great gym and very friendly staff!

Beautiful scarves, fun tye dyed shirts and accessories, aromatherapy and eco dyed dish towels, Indigo dyed pillows...one of a kind items that make great gifts!
