Lisa's studio provides an extremely relaxing atmosphere along with scents and music to allow one to totally be absorbed in your practice. I am constantly amazed with her knowledge of anatomy and how she is able to accommodate the needs of participants. Lisa ensures that the classes are well planned, varied in both poses and duration. Each session seems to go by so quickly and I always feel like I just had a massage. I have attended classes at a number of studios with instructors with varied skills and firmly declare that you will not be disappointed.

I love having a fairly-traded, ethically-sourced adult clothing store in Guelph (there's a children's store on the same street!). I never mind paying a little bit extra to support workers and the environment. And as a bonus, the staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Go see.

Jon is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of fitness and exercise. Our staff has weekly workout classes with him and he knows exactly how to cater to everyone's personal fitness levels and makes the whole experience very enjoyable! He is extremely friendly and concentrates on improving your form - an area that tends to get missed in largest classes. I would highly recommend checking out Jon and his team's services at Fitness Junction.

Planet Fitness has very convenient hours. They keep the machines and gym very clean, staff is very friendly, and you can't beat their prices!

Jay is a wonder worker. He's knowledgeable (yet always seeking to expand his expertise), attentive, easy to work with, and great at motivating whomever he works with, whether it be a complete beginner or someone more experienced. He was fantastic at helping me identify specific goals, then tailoring a program to help me work towards them. I can't recommend him enough.

Amazing selection of classes , I'm doing a different class almost every day of the week to keep things exciting ! Obviously the review below is mad about something and just making excuses , because the equipment isn't rusty or outdated. They do have gym stuff but the focus is classes !

A great place for the family!

I have been going to this facility for several years now. Robin is a wonderful Osteopath and always brings me great relief. Alana is my RMT and she is in touch with the body structure. Both ladies helped so much after a hip replacement & vertigo. Thank you both!!!
