A very professionally run studio with great teachers. Love it!

Really unique space with open terrace for outdoor yoga in the summer. Great studio and a very welcoming vibe for all levels. The space and the atmosphere make this experience and its one of my favourite studios to do yoga. Must try if you're in the junction!

I see Karen and Heath on a regular basis and when my symptoms flare up. They are very knowledgeable practitioners and take the time to educate you on your conditions.

This was my first time paddel boarding, I felt completely comfortable, with Osha Osha! Jen was knowledge about the water in the area and gave easy to understand instructions. I will definitely be going again.

Amazing little place for beginner to advanced yoga sessions. The also offer aerial yoga which is great for beginners.

I just finished my first class at this studio and I found the environment to be peaceful and unassuming. It’s hard to find a studio in Toronto that is approachable and down to earth. The instructor (Tamara) was knowledgeable and offered modifications as needed. The yang/yin class was exactly what I needed for a bit of movement and a lot of relaxation. Tea is offered and lockers are available for use in the change room. Glad I discovered this little gem.

Joanne is very kind and friendly, and she creates a soothing environment. From the very beginning she expressed her interest in my well-being. Since I have arthris, she always makes sure to suggest yoga positions that will be beneficial.

I've practiced in many studios over the years, and can say from experience that Lisa is a gifted and knowledgeable teacher. Her intimate studio and small classes provide a rigorous practice in a relaxed atmosphere, with flexible scheduling. Highly recommended whether you are a long time yoga student or new to the discipline.

I went to Oxygen Yoga and Fitness for their Karma weekend, where all of the classes were free. As such, I wanted to try out as many classes as possible. I've tried the deep stretch, freedom flow, tone and sculpt, and power core classes, and they've all been amazing. The instructors are super helpful, and they always have a positive and encouraging attitude, and trust me, when it comes to the high intensity classes, you'll definitely appreciate it! I consider myself to be in good shape, and I found the tone and sculpt as well as the power core classes to be challenging. But fear not -- there's something for everyone. The instructors provide modifications for each exercise, so you can make the class as easy or challenging as you see fit (no pun intended). I also highly recommend the deep stretch class to everyone. They're always offered at the end of the day, perfect for a post-work decompression session.

I love the Younge and Eglinton location. The staff are always friendly and the two teachers I practice with most, Andrea and Matt are fantastic !!!

This yoga studio has changed my life! I am stronger both physically and mentally, more grounded and happier since practicing yoga with PYC! The classes continue to challenge me and help me live in my greatness!

The variety of classes offered at Main never ceases to amaze me as there is a fitness class for everyone. Main fitness is known for their skilled instructors who continually inspire, challenge and instruct both the members and guests. Try this Gym, you won't be disappointed. And...the owners are a pretty cool trio :-). They're always around and willing to help you with your fitness goals. Whether you're a starter, middle of the couch potato, or pumped to go? Best Yoga Studio in Toronto. I had a few Iyengar Yoga classes with Temmi and I have never experienced anything like that.

I love the space and Celeste is such a lovely person. She is very skilled and helps you find a pose that works for you if you aren't able to do any of them. You feel at home and very welcomed by everyone there as well. I felt amazing afterward.

I love this studio! Great energy, instructors and classes. I always feel welcome and supported when I attend. My favourite class is hot Pilates, and I highly recommend Jag’s class. Coming here leaves me feeling strong and helps me achieve results quickly.
