Yoga

Great location, great staff and my kids love the classes!

I've tried hot yoga at various studios. Breathe Hot Yoga is exceptional. The aesthetics of the studio are beautiful, warm, inviting and relaxing. The instructors are the best you'll find - loved the yoga and appreciated their genuine warmth and care.

My introduction to hot yoga began with Breathe about 4 years ago and it was an extremely positive experience. I went back for a class recently when I was home in Calgary visiting family and was disappointed by the class and overall experience I had. The management at Breathe was very receptive however, and reached out to me to follow up on my experience which I greatly appreciated. I feel reassured knowing there are good people running the studio at Breathe who care about the experiences of those who practice there. And I am doubly reassured that the good vibes I encountered when I first began practicing are still present. I will definitely give it another try next time I'm in Calgary.

The best best best place in Airdrie !!!! My daughter had a birthday party there and it was really amazing . The stuff made sure that all the kids were having lots of Fun . If anyone is looking for a place to make a birthday party Little Gym is to place to go 100%!!! Thank u ladies for making my daughter birthday party so special .

Awesome staff!! Love the challenge workout!

After a decade of practicing and teaching, this is a place that I wholeheartedly feel at home with. It is a studio with some of the best teachers in the city (not 1, not 2, not even 3 but 6 Lululemon ambassadors under one roof) and it isn't an unlikely sight that you would see your regular teachers taking class right alongside with you. That doesn't happen a lot within studio culture in the city and should be an indication to the level of teaching that is being offered. I love practicing here, connecting with community and going to pilates as well. Moreover, this is a team that I am proud to be a part of. Of all studios I have taught at, I can say with confidence and honesty that I am treated so well and cherished. This is ubiquitous across the board not only with their teachers but their staff. This is a studio that not only cares for their staff but is deeply invested in them and will do everything to help them achieve their goals and dreams. I cannot speak more highly of Junction 9.

amazing. lovely yoga

dollar for dollar, Oranj provides absolutely everything I need for my fitness goals and needs. The knowledge level of instructors as well as the access to all types of classes everyday keeps me coming back for more

Had a warm welcome at ‘one yoga’ when in town visiting. Class was accessible for all levels of practice. Unique studio.

The Yoga Root is one of the rare few yoga studios with an authentically humble and serene presence. It's less focused on giving you a full-body workout, and more on connecting you with your body and breath -- true yoga. I've been loving their yin classes, and grateful for teachers who slow down and give you time to sink into postures. Thanks Rachel for opening this little gem in our community!

A small, friendly yoga community. I have been going to classes there for ten years.

Clean and bright. Well run.

Home away from home :) The teachers at OneYoga are, in my opinion, the best in town. The atmosphere of the studio is relaxing, yet professional. Perfect mixture. Caters to many different needs- classes are taught pretty much morning-night on most days, with varying types of classes being offered. Can only recommend.

Great yoga studio. Great classes, teachers, people.

Great yoga place !!

Fun studio, great instractures. I really like this place!

Great teachers, big selection of class types. Dee, the owner, is a lovely human being.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Fernwood Yoga Den. It is a shining light in my life, the teachers, the space and the community all contribute to the feeling of coming home as soon as you walk in. I completed my teacher training there a few years ago and it was truly a life changing experience.

Great space, diverse classes and awesome showers.
