No way to email

Received a cheque from a lawyer who's trust account is with RBC in Arnprior. Went in to the branch to have the cheque certified, was told as I was not a client of RBC they do not do this. The teller did not ask if I wanted to open an account and I now certainly would not become a client nor recommend anyone else do so either. Not impressed...

Great staff. Hours suck

The staff at this branch are very friendly and do their best to help. Even the management does a good job communicating and trying to solve problems. Unfortunately, it takes twice as long to do some things at this branch, and the procedures seem to change from day to day, depending on who's waiting on me. Most recently, I was unable to complete a critical wire transfer which I had done several times before using the exact same procedure. I had to drive to another branch 45km away to complete the time-sensitive transaction. The staff in Brockville are great. I hope they get the training and tools they need to serve their clients better so we can have a functioning solution in the city.
