Great place for used sailboat parts and customer service is excellent.

Stored my buddy and I's 17ft bowrider here for a couple of years. The space is secure, there is a motion sensor light near the locked gate and it seems like there is pretty much someone on the property 24/7. Price is great for storage and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful going above and beyond when our boat had a problem starting one day. Great honest place!

Great people and great company!

I have been in every West Marine store from Southern California to Vancouver BC. This one is the most well kept and neat in appearance. I missed the sale on the large advertised purchase and was one day late but they gave me the sale price anyway. Later I was making a new harness for my dinghy and davit and the manager, Russ, inspected my clamping and decided he could do it better and I felt a whole lot safer.

San Juan Yachting is great! We are two beginning cruisers who chartered a boat and instruction from them this past week. They were welcoming and very personable in our first phone calls, email communication and meetings. Roger and Marlene even hosted a barbecue for guests the night before, which made us feel part of the family. During this dinner and safety meeting we could see how they care about the guests, staff and boat owners. The instruction was awesome. Captain Bob Hulett was our private instructor for the first three days. He was engaging, entertaining and able to change the book learning into hands on experience. He shared an enormous amount of information in a short amount of time. We felt as if he really cared that we understand the information, not just pass the test. He gave us the knowledge, skills and confidence to venture out on a seven day cruise of our own. The boat was very clean, well-supplied and maintained. There was some mechanical problem the first day but San Juan Yachting responded quickly and solved the problem by late that evening. Over all the people of San Juan Yachting were concerned and worked hard for our safety and success. We recommend them to any starting cruisers.

Best Charter company EVER! My husband and I are looking forward to our 5th charter with NWExplorations. We will be joining their Alaska flotilla this summer. We previously enjoyed their flotilla to Prince William Sound (trip of a lifetime for us). Their fleet is extremely well maintained and if there should be an issue (ours have all been minor and corrected quickly by phone) while chartering they are always prompt in their assistance, On one of our bare boat charters we found ourselves trying to get back to Bellingham and encountered a fog bank on our way in. We called NWE for some guidance which they promptly provided and were waiting on the dock to help us when we arrived. Their team members are also the BEST ever. There has not been a question they have not been able to help us with from beginning to end of our cruise. They make it possible to enjoy your cruise from the first day you make a reservation. NWExplorations has made it possible for us to explore the NW Pacific,.Canada and Alaska in a way we could only have dreamed of. Being from the upstate of South Carolina exploring these areas in a beautiful trawler did not seem possible until we found NWE . Highly recommend NWExplorations!!
