I have yet to purchase my car yet, still shopping, but have to say that the staff at the reception of Des Sources was welcoming and accommodating. Sales consultant Alvaro was very professional and helpful. I have never been more relaxed at a dealership.

The staff at Durocher Auto Sales are a great team. I have done business with Michael Lawyer at two previous dealerships and as always he has the best customer service. This was my first time dealing with sales consultant Chad Deso and I would highly recommend him. He takes his time to explain things and you don’t feel pressured by a salesman. This experience was awesome and I hope the service department is as good as the sales department.

Mazda Tribute 2006 (189k km) scheduled for a rear bumper change. Brakes were fine when mechanic drove it in. No brakes when I picked it up. When CONFRONTED, SERVICE TEAM was NONCHALANT. Fact is, brakes were lost during intervention inside the garage even though unrelated to the work being done. I was matter of fact invited to resubmit car for inspection at my cost. That's the last thing a client wants to hear after dropping $400 just minutes before. Complained to owner who would have won my confidence if he was behind the service desk. Too little too late. More importantly; how can a garage give back a car without brakes? Furthermore, why didn't the mechanic sense there was a problem when the brake pedal went to the floor when driving it out.? Unfortunate coincidence, bad luck, possible neglect? Who knows. I won't be going back to find out. When I managed to get to my mechanic, the brake reservoir was empty. Solutions Mazda - CAVEAT EMPTOR! Remove me from your client list please!

Jai acheté un véhicule il y a environ 1 mois, Plusieurs choses on été caché, jai commencé a avoir des problemes le lendemain je l'ai ammené au garage et ils l'ont "réparé" et poutant 1 semaine plus tard le probleme revien, je déconseille fortement si vous voulez un véhicule qui fonctionne.

Grandement impressionant!

False representation on their website. They mentionned that one used vehicle was owned by a "particulier" (individual), but I cross checked with SAAQ and I found out that it was previously owned by Discount car rental. This information was going to be hidden from me if I had not paid $12.50 at SAAQ for proof.

Excellent great service friendly staff short wait time

J'aime beaucoup ma nouvelle voiture. J'ai reçu un très bon service avec un vendeur sympathique et fiable. Il a été accommodant pour me faire parvenir des pneus compris dans la vente et il m'a remboursé le changement d'huile que je devais faire suite à l'achat du véhicule comme promis.

Would not recommend VW des sources, recent purchase of a new automobile, only to be lied to and not provided what was told to me and what was agreed on. After sales is a joke they only care for making a sale. Will definitely never buy here again. Tried resolving the issue after spending almost 50k on a new car and was told sorry it’s too bad we made a mistake but you’ll have to pay for the extra which I did pay. Bunch of scammers and frugal ownership for 100$ thing that you made a mistake for and asking a customer to pay for its clearly you don’t care for losing a future customer. Stay away from this dealer, purchased from other VW and had no issues.
