While out visiting family near Sussex NB, I rented a car and toured PEI for 2 days. The lady at the front counter at this Discount location was very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

I've rented from these guys a few times. If I'm lucky enough to get Mike, things go smoothly and the service is great. If I get to deal with Bianca, the service is ....well inexistent. Whenever you deal with her, she has a talent for making you feel as though you are bothering her and will try to avoid answering your questions or help you in any way if it takes any more effort than a "yes" or "no". I was attempting to rent a car on the weekend. She simply said "you can't". After a bit of prying, she finally agreed that I could rent it on a Friday and drop it off over the weekend (even if they are closed). I didn't end up renting because she quoted me almost 400$ but I find it too bad that such a reputable business would hire people who don't value their employment enough to want to represent it in a positive way.

vehicle was nice and clean and reliable, staff was nice. I only give it 3 stars because when we reserved from there second time, we we're denied a vehicle cause the guy said they don't take visa debit; which was fine the first time. he said that he told us the last time we we're there; that they don't take visa debit.which was a lie; cause he didn't tell us anything or he must have mistaken us for someone else, cause we would've not reserved it the second time and went there for nothing if that was the case.
