Car Rental

I generally prefer renting vehicles from Enterprise but my first time renting from this location was an amazing experience. I dealt with Ravi Brar, he has great customer service skills and very professional in his demeanour. Customer service is top notch and their cars and trucks are new and in excellent condition. Definitely will be renting from them again in the future.

Step 1 Wow customer service is like awesome in and out no wait no line up and cars are good shape full tank gas nothing to worry about. Step 2 Staff are most lovely people every you know and told them you guys are amazing and plz don't let that smile go way from face Thank you...

Rude and not helpful.

If I could I will give zero stars. They don't even deserve one. Economy Corporate should pay attention!!!! First of all the local rental car in Toronto (Mississauga) did not answer their shuttle pick up line for a long time. Even their customer service agent tried calling and could not get connected. As a result we had to Uber to the agency from the airport. Second, the car they gave us had a cracked windshield, but we did not noticed because it was nighttime when we picked up the car. Third, when we were renting the car, we had asked if we could get a credit or refund because we were planning to bring the car one day earlier and they said that they would, however when we returned the car they refused to give us either a refund or a credit. The manager was totally useless and rude and even picked a fight with my husband. We will never ever rent from Economy and will never recommend them. Totally disappointed!!! I had an awesome experience with Advantage car rentals. Mr. Raj was very helpful and made sure all the paperwork and formalities were taken care of. I always rent from them whenever I need a car. Their cars are always very clean and reliable. Especially the way Raj has treated me is one of the best experiences I have ever had in Toronto for Car Rentals. Raj is a GEM of a guy. I would like to strongly recommend Advantage Car Rentals to everyone in Scarborough particularly in Mc Cowan & Shepperd.

Rent was really fast (less than 10 minutes). The car was ready, and tidy clean. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes (honestly, it took around 2) Good vehicle

Please do not order zipcar they offer the worst service with the highest charges

Mariam and I forgot the tall Asian guys name are great guys, needed a last min rental cause my engine blew on my car and they were able to setup my rental within a hour and got me picked up and on the road and also honoured my original rate I had before when I rented in the past.

Do not rent a car from this company. Go elsewhere. They gave us a car without balancing and every time we would drive, the car would shake. The company do not care if you get into an accident or not. They do not care about people’s lives. They keep sending us bills even when we had paid the full amount. We called their helpline to sort how we were getting charged and the stafff was really rude. I don’t recommend this company.
