When we got to the place, we were scheduled with ACE, but they were short-staffed, so when we finally got the rental after an hour of waiting (of which it's only a 5 minute trek down the road), I had to ask them to show us if there were any scratches or dents I should know about, which is when he wrote it down on the paper - after I reminded him. And when we went to return the car, we waited an hour and a half to have the rudest front desk service show up and give several excuses of why she was late. And then tell me that I scratched the car - of which again I had to point out that it was already there to begin with by showing her pictures I took before I even got in when they gave me the keys. Terrible service! Terrible staff! Terrible everything! ZERO stars!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Huge scam whatever you do dont give them your credit card information! This shady guy will find ANY excuse to charge your card. When he isnt successfull he WILL send you to collections. I got an $800 bill for a 1 day rental when the accident was covered by my insurance. They made up admin fees and overnight fees to inflate the price and come after me personally. You should be shut down, bunch of dirty crooks.

The gentlemen here are very nice & welcoming. A lot better than other locations I’ve visited. Car I was given was very clean & in good condition. Have no complaints. Hope to return to this location for another rental in the near future.
