The employees were helpful and informative. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and quickly. Car was great! It performed great and was clean.

I fly to Toronto several times in year and I always rent the car in Iversta. I consider that Iversta one of the best rental of the companies in GTA which has good row of cars and the excellent prices. For several years usually I contact to Alexander who is great professional and always kindly ready. Service always was excellent and I never had any problems with car rental in Iversta. Therefore I always recommend to my friends to take at arrival in GTA in rents cars in this company.

Worst service ever. Just don’t take their service. They are the worst. They don’t even talk to you properly. Money hungry

I recently got into an accident with my vehicle and these guys came to the rescue! Was recommended by a tow truck that towed my vehicle and took it to the police station to report the accident, once the report was done my rental was outside waiting. Brand new vehicle, clean in and out. Not so sure why there are negative comments especially for that $250 cancellation fee ( which was actually stated to me upon signing the contract ) My insurance company told me to return this rental and go to enterprise and i said im fine with Torq and that was that. Unfortunately, my car was a write off and I had to get a new one. Got my new car and returned the rental. Thanks for all the help the guys!

Good service but bit busy in morning

Tried to call, got the automated voice saying "ARE YOU CALLING ABOUT A NEW RESERVATION?". Obviously I said "YES". "SORRY, RESPONSE NOT UNDERSTOOD...."....went around in circles 5 times before it kicked me out of the phone system. No way to press '0" to speak to a human. I am happy to remove this review if an actual human calls me. But your initial phone system is literally useless.

My experience was good. rental threw insurance so cant comment on price. I recieved the Audi Q7 as a rental. no issues mechanaclly and clean. service due notification did come on and next to no washer fluid, used it once and light came on to replentish but wasnt on when i got it. if service due notification didnt come on and had they checked washer fluid prior to delivering vechle would have been 5 stars. Droping off vechile was quick, and even offered me a ride afterword.

Cars are clean and readily available.

No problem with the location or the staff at that location. They were friendly and efficient. Y'all got a point knocked off due to the time on wait for the Call Center to respond, and having to call again to get the promised email. That's still better than the Enterprise bunch. They just went off-hook and hung up, 4 times in a row.
