I went online to find the phone number to rent a truck and instead their website says you can reserve online. So I reserve a truck three weeks in advance and today, the night before we move in, I call to confirm and instead im told that the reservation is subject to availability. That they will not only not have the truck I ordered, but will not have any other trucks available. This has cost me money, time, and stressed out everyone involved. 0/10, will never use again

Their customer service was very bad. The agent at this location try to get extra money for ICBC car insurance claim in 2011. And this company let this agent put me on do not rent list without investigation what really happened. Until recently I have business trip to Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto several times and find out they put me on their do not rent list. Of cause I feel angry at first but I end up pretty happy because I went to other company get a better car for half price only. The Enterprise agent ask double price of other companies prices in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.

Great sales centre. Les our sales guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our orientation was smooth and done well. I would recommend this place if you are in the market for one of the brands that they carry.
Update: Nov 22 , 2018. I had a small issue with the levelling jacks and they came out on site to correct it. Very professional and took care of what I needed! I would highly recommend them for your RV needs!

Used backcountry rentals the last 2 years during hunting season. They are always accommodating and will even go the extra mile to try and meet any requests you have. Anytime I need to rent a ATV, side by side or sled I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.
