Excellent service in every way!!!!

We ended up at National because of horrific customer service at Enterprise. Fiona at the Nanaimo office went above and beyond to help us out, and I was so very grateful. I'm surprised at the many poor reviews for this company... if you end up renting from National, I would advise you ask for Fiona.

My experience with National Auto Sales was positive from beginning to end. I was served by Ferdie Roxas. Ferdie possessed thorough product knowledge, was always polite, helpful and friendly. He did not sell but rather facilitated the purchase a vehicle. He was never pushy or aggressive but always happy to respond to any inquires I may have had. All the people at National were genuinely friendly and helpful as opposed to the fabricated friendliness one usually experiences at the traditional dealerships. The pricing of their vehicles is very fair – I compared extensively and found their prices to usually below their competitors and never more. My next vehicle purchase will be at National and I would recommend National to good friends and family.

Really good car rental company. The car was like new, clean and economic. The company even came to pick us up at the departure bay to finalise the renting to their location. It was clear, quick/efficient with nice staff. I recommend !

The economy car is a Toyota Yaris which is really small. However it was the best deal in town. Everyone was really nice and the rental process was easy.

Great and very helpful team. Book in process was very fast and straight forward. I'd booked in advance which helped, though complicated immensely by the offer of a whole host of additional charges that while optional one felt obliged to buy 'just to be sure'. I just wish these car rental companies give you a simple flat rate all inclusive quote on their websites when booking and without surprises on the day. I ended up paying about 40% more than the original booking quote which in my view was excessive for what it was - hence 3 stars!

We rented from this Uhaul location, just recently and also a few months ago for our Family's moving needs. The trucks were always clean and in excellent mechanical conditions. Kerry and Wayne were really professional and very accommodating to our moving needs. We are quite pleased with this Uhaul office and will continue to do business with this location, again. Friendly Staff, Book Ahead for best price.

I rented a Chevy Malibu at a reasonable rate and truly enjoyed driving it around Fort Pendleton and San Diego!
