Car Rental

Dont expect your ordered truck/trailer to be there the day you need it when you order months in advance. It wont be. This company is lazy

After making a reservation to pick up a car at the driftwood mall location, they called me to notify that the driftwood mall location was closed until further notice and told me to pick up the car at the airport location. I thought they do a pick up service so I asked if they could pick me up from downtown but they simply refused and cancelled my reservation. Such an unprofessional service!

Budget is ok , but often there is a long waiting time while they are looking after customers. I realize that wage cost is a problem but so would it be if your customers decide to check out the competition.

Paul was great. That car is awesome and didn't break the bank.

this is a wonderful team and customer environment, i appreciate all of the staff members for they are always there for me being a routine renter they are always respectful and personable they call me by my first name and teach eachother my rental preferences and driving directions. i will not rent from any other store, this one is the best in kern county

Rented from there Burbank ca store a few times. Great service and vehicle ran great to Las Vegas. Got an online discount.

awful customer service. Avoid at all costs. I read the previous reviews and thought they couldn't be that bad as Hertz is a big company, but they were terrible. No one on the desk for our pre-booked (well in advance) 10am pick up. we spent 1.5 hours waiting and going round in circles calling people before the guy finally showed up. 3 people dropped keys off with no other choice after giving up waiting, while we waited. the hotel staff (unconnected) had to phone the guy, who was at another office. In the end, he gave us a damaged car (which the drop off location office tried to charge us for) and fraudulently filled out the paperwork saying I was a happy, valued customer - I was extremely unhappy and will never use Hertz again unless I absolutely have to! then, he incorrectly recorded the fuel level and pretended to do us a favour, by marking it as lower - this was a straight lie! If you do use these jokers, be sure to photograph the car thoroughly before pick-up (including fuel level, all bumpers, wheels, interior, etc) and do not plan on using them if you value your time or need to catch a train/plane.

Great service, work with you on a rental price wise and car wise. I have used this particular office for over 20 years. Managers change but customer service stays 5 stars!
