I wanted to give a big shout out to the staff that went above and beyond for m today. I had a request that wasn’t within what they normally can do but I had a health situation come up and they stepped up to the plate to help me without hesitation. Thank you so much you all!!

Great and pleasant experience renting a vehicle at this location! It was quick and easy. The assistant manager Christian Sandoval helped us find the perfect car for our time in California. He was patient, kind, and made us feel like a priority. We highly appreciate the service we received during our time there and will definitely be using the enterprise at this location again!

Outstanding service from the management team with some issues I experienced with my rental. The car was relatively clean but didn't look like it was waxed at all. Went out of my way to buy the materials to put a couple coats of wax on the car. Brought this up to Brittany and her assistant. They promptly compensated me making every effort to ensure I was completely satisfied and taken care of. Thank you again, will definitely be returning next year.

Silvercar made the car rental process so easy. They don't try to push any "extras" on you. They have you in and out very fast and you don't waste any time waiting for a shuttle because they send a Lyft driver to pick you up and drop you off. The car is fully loaded and in great condition. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely use their services again. Very happy customer.

Jay was very friendly and courteous, I was able to choose a different car that was available despite the fact that I had reserved another. I would definitely rent again from them again on my next trip to California.

Extremely courteous staff

I always used Enterprise they have good service. today I try Hertz 2 days ago I make a reservation and I have to pick up the car today at 4:30 afte 420 I call them it was close immediately I call Enterprise for a rent a car and they help us with a new car thank you Enterprise .
