Car Rental

Returning my car, a Camero was stunning easy. Followed signs for Budget. I drove all the way in pulled and got my bags while a gentleman checked the car and took the key. No wait, hastle lines or paper. Utterly smooth, flawless, efficient.

I was able to pay with a debit card as i dont like credit cards

Always love to rent from this Location.

Awful. My car is in the body shop , thanks to someone running a stop sign. My insurance company arranged for a rental through Enterprise. Enterprise called me numerous times to confirm and even sent an email. After they picked me up and brought me to the center, they asked if I rented from them before. I said probably at some point in my 52 years but couldn't remember when I would have. Then I was told I am on a do not rent list due to an unpaid parking ticket on a rental car. No idea what they are talking about. Then they gave me the address - it was 12 years ago and I lived at that address one year. Never received any notice. They gave me three different numbers to call to get it sorted. Totally ignoring me while I waited for a call back. All three went to voice mail. One agent said to the other "it was probably paid. They changed computer systems in 2008." It would have been 2006-2007 that I rented from them. After being ignored, and now late for work, I left to grab a train. The three people I left messages for yesterday morning between 8:30=9:00am NEVER called back. Not one of them. Also, nothing turned up when Progressive made the reservation or when Enterprise put me in their system? Horrible experience.

This location is terrible. Blake and the girl who work there she said her name was Alli on the phone. I came to rent a car for a few days maybe a few weeks ago. Blake handled the transaction and failed to mention the $200 deposit they took from my major credit card (I did not use a debit card). When I called Blake to ask why they charged a deposit on a credit card and failed to mention it he immediately got defensive and began to yell over me on the phone while I'm talking. So I let it go being an adult and thinking this is just some kid who goofed and forgot to tell me how they charge their customers. So here I come a few days later to return the car and no one is here at the time of opening, doors locked and I have to get to work. I come back on my lunch break to return the car and there is a woman smoking practically inside the the store and dressed, well, like a hooker. She uses their phone and bounces in and out the place like she owns it (maybe she is the ownwer?). Any way I will never give this place my business again and will discourage anyone from using them.

Don't be fooled by the name! Great service and a nice reliable car. We will definitely use this company again.

Very helpful staff, have rented from there few times always a good experience.

Took a customer there to get his rental and the service was excellent and very quick.

Great staff and great service. The car i rented was very good and reliable, comfortable and clean.

Very convenient location, best prices in Manhattan and friendly/helpful staff.

This is the Enterprise I remember! They've always been professional and courteous. Mitch went went out of his way to make my car rental easy and affordable. Best Enterprise location around!

Great price and service

Very cordial staff and nice service.. No hidden charges or conditions.. would definitely recommend.. 😊👍

Great service, as always. I have been using Enterprise for years. I really value their convenience. They really do pick you up.Thank you for years of great service.

This was a last minute rental for me and they were very accommodating. I rented a 15' truck, it was clean and ran well. I would recommend giving them a try the next time you have to rent a vehicle to move.

Fantastic service once again. Much appreciated!!!

Rubbish customer service
