Car Rental

When I was reading the reviews prior to travel I was a little cautious. Especially with being out of state. Once we landed we took the Blue Shuttle Bus to the Rental Car Center about 1 mile from the airport, 5 minute ride. The moment you pull into the Rental Car Center call AVR and they will send a LYFT. Dan, was the representitive we were working with, and he was good! We called them to send a ride and he said “it’ll be about 5 minutes.” I thought that was pretty quick! Five minutes later; on the dot, we had a Lexus ES pick us up. The LYFT driver was nice, helped us load. He also gave us a few ideas of places to eat. We arrived at AVR within about 13 minutes. Not too far at all. When we walked in Dan greeted us right away! We did pay for the insurance because they gave us an even better deal in person. The van we received was full of gas, and new! It wasn’t spick and span but it wasn’t filthy. We payed for unlimited miles but only drove about 375 miles. We drove to San Francisco and all around Sacramento. The van was very roomie and comfortable on the road. Ours had a back up camera! When we returned it was very quick. In and out. Mike helped us when we returned and he was very nice and professional! All in all, I was impressed, and very pleased. I would recommend this place and I would definitely return!

Rented a Chevrolet Malibu for out trip to Death Valley. Pickup was easy and fast. Car was ready and waiting for me. I was at the store less than five minutes. Return was equally as fast and simple and they gave me a ride home. I’ve been renting from Enterprise for the past twenty years and their service and cars are second to none. Thank you Enterprise for your service.

Very professional. Didn't have the car we had reserved ready so we were given an upgrade for same price! Very pleased, loved the car too!

Everything great except that signage before entering or at entrance would be helpful. If your rental company is not at the front it can be can be confusing.

Nice staff. Car was not as clean as I would have liked, but for coming in early, they still made it a quick experience, although it was a little extra heavy on trying to sell me the extra insurance.

Security was amazing and fast. I was concerned about how long the line was but it moved really well. However, in the terminal, there are not a lot of ways to pass the time.

Always friendly and fast when I need to stop in and chat otherwise the keys are in the car ready to go.

My car was smashed in the rear. I reached out to Enterprise for a replacement vehicle. Enterprise went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company paid for the entire replacement vehicle for the entire duration of the rental. Insurance company 0 stars, Enterprise 5 stars.

Amazing service but a little sketch dropping off cars after hours, which is after 5:30 pm.

It's fine. Train is efficient. I've never not been able to rent a car here, so it's fine.

Excellent. Great service. Great price. Super fast. Offered to upgrade the Camry to a convertible mustang for 10 bucks a day more. Does over charge you for toll tags or passes. Doesn't try to sell you on bunch of useless addons

Amazing pickup experience, will update when I dropoff. But I made a reservation online, went in, was out within less than five minutes. Dropoff was equally smooth, cheers!
