Very quick and punctual when other companies were busy

Smooth pick-up experience and very friendly and informative staff.

Initially we came up to Budget Rent-a-Car and had a pleasant and joking exchange. The girl, Nikki, did provide recommendations on where else to visit in Victoria but then when providing us details of our reservation began speaking so fast, and was only interested in upselling an SUV to us, then tired to include their ridiculous insurance. Luckily my partner decided to double check the information she was spewing to us. She was instantly offended that he was double checking to make sure how much we would be charged for a reservation we had already made prior to arriving. Her customer service skills instantly turned rude realizing that he was in his right to double check her on the information she was providing and knew that we would decline all of the upselling and insurance charges. She even went out of her way to say that he was being a rude customer which was highly uncalled for. Meanwhile, all other agents sitting behind the desk were blankly looking at our exchange as if she was in the right. In the end, we took the car, booked with our original reservation price and we tried to speak with a manager but of course they were not in at that time (3pm in the afternoon). We tried calling their offices during our stay to speak with any higher up authority to discuss the poor customer service we received, we got through once and were informed managers do not work on weekends (oh great!) Afterwards, we almost never got through to speak with anyone. Only one person tried to direct us back to the front desk we first had our altercation to speak with a manager but of course no one answered or returned our call from our voice message. Overall DO NOT BOOK WITH BUDGET if you expect rude service. Thanks.

It was an amazing experience. The people were awesome when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle. We arrived and within 5 minutes we were in our car headed out of the parking lot. I was very impressed with the employees, the service, and the car. Thank you

Phil was especially helpful. I was late picking up my rental on a Friday night and got there 15 minutes after closing. Phil was finishing up and helped me get in a car for my weekend trip. Not only did he go above and beyond to take care of me, but did so without the slightest bit of annoyance at me coming in after closing. It is pretty bogus that the full coverage costs more than the rental itself, but that is not the fault of this location nor the staff.

I rented an Uhaul truck from this place a couple of days ago. Excellent service and communication both on a phone and in person. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff (especially Miles). Being an actual storage place they have a very nice and clean reception area, coffee machine and of course all the supplies. Can’t really be much better for Uhaul place. Would use them again for sure.

Service almost too good to believe. Low pressure sales and high service. Ricardo went well past expectations to make sure that the buying experience was good. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat.

We hired Alpine limo for our wedding day from a friend who recommended them. We called and confirmed the details with the company multiple times. On the day of the wedding while my husband was getting ready, Alpine called him all confused about the limos and was looking for confirmation an hour before they were suppose to pick him up. My poor husband had no idea because myself and my wedding coordinator had planned the limo. My husband was then panicking. We had warned Alpine of a bike race that was happening that day and if they could arrive early because we knew there would be traffic delays. They agreed. However on the day of our wedding they"forgot". I was picked up 40 minutes late. This meant that our Ceremony was 40 minutes late and I had to rush to put on my dress and get ready at the ceremony venue. This was NOT a relaxing enjoyable experience. To top it off the limo was not equipped to play our own music, they had no aux cord and when we finally found an iPhone charger to use to play music it didn't work. So we were stuck listening to the radio while driving around on our wedding day... Our driver was a nice enough guy though, and the only reason we are not rating Apline Limo as a 1 star.

They repaired my equipment and trailer after an accident and billed me 20% less than original quote because it went quicker. Purchased a new trailer and rented an additional excavator . Great service and prices

Reasonable Prices and very quick services compared to other places

The worst possible experience. We arrived at the airport of Port Angeles. There is no Avis office there. Our car was prebooked. So I called Avis and asked, ig´f they could pick us up. The woman on the telefon said, that she has noone availaible and I should call a taxi. She dident even give me the number of the taxi service. When we finally arrived at the avis office we noticed, that there were many employees with all the time in the world to joke around.
