Courier

Fast friendly safe and good prices

Not happy. On April 8.17 I lugged a box into the Brantford Greyhound depot for shipment to Calgary. The Greyhound Brantford website said their hours on Saturdays were 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. I arrived only to be told that Greyhound Courier Package service is closed on Saturdays. With a bad back, I had to lug the box back to my car for another day. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION.

Rude bad service, we will go fed ex next time

Reliable, experienced, competitive. Established in 1974, currently employing 30 drivers with cars, vans, cargo vans, cube vans, and 5-ton straight trucks. Some of our references: "Once I give a shipment to Ontario Delivery, I can forget about it. They provide a very thorough service." - Jason Moon, Vice-President, Freight Management Group "We can track a shipment at any time - we can always get in touch with them - they have never been late with a shipment." - Guy Chartrand, CEO, Freightworld

Will never use their services again... poor organization charging ridiculous... parcel from husband was treated like i was buying something from overseas was just a nifhtmare

Wow the girl who answered the phone uninterested and annoyed by the whole conversation All I asked was what is the phone number to there store on barton as I couldn’t find it She then proceeded to act like I was bothering her for making her do something Then said “thanks” in the most annoying voice I have ever heard as she hung up Look I have answered phone for companies did it for years you never make it seem like answering someone’s questions or concerns is annoying you. Don’t act uninterested You need to make that customer feel like their question or concerns are the only thing that matters and you wouldn’t be able to do anything else until they are satisfied with the help they received Not what I got here she clearly doesn’t want to do this job and it’s very apparent

The staff at this location were not only really friendly, but very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The service I received was top notch. The parcels I sent reached the out of province destination within days of drop off. Definitely recommend anyone and everyone use this service when shipping parcels!!

Did not receive update on bus. Ended up waiting an hour for a bus that never came

A friend of mine named Gerard Morin ordered your service from China and paid in advance for delivery to his door. Not only did your company FAIL to deliver it but it came damaged. That's fraud on an international contract. If you want to stay in business I suggest you clean up your act or you're gone. The people will not put up with this b*llshit and it's time you start serving us or get the hell out of the marketplace.
