Excellent Mushroom Compost

I get products delivered to my store from these guys at least once a week. They always deliver next day and on time. Excellent Experience!

Horrible lazy service!!! 2 orders in a row.... the first time I was in my back yard they pulled up and walked up and put a note on my door and left.... this was Friday June 22nd... the second order I got delivered was the same thing they knocked and left right away didn't ring the door bell or anything... UPS has not shown me that they care about the customer receiving their product... Also if you have a drop location written down on the sheet why would you leave the town before dropping the package off... Makes absolutely no sense to me ... I will probably never order something that uses UPS ever again.... first and second time I have been unsatisfied in every way possible with the delivery and even while I was on the phone with the lady the first time, she wasn't even listening to me.... So I didn't even bother trying to call this time around.

I will never be ordering anything from Canada Post from now on. Lastnight I got home from work at about 6pm.after getting out of my vechicle I quickly noticed there was damage to my property and my boyfriend's truck. The Canadian post delivery man left the notice on my door. With no time or name so we could not find out who had done this to our property. They left no apology note or anything to say what had happened. They did however manage to knock over my fence, snap my 4ft evergreen in half, break my boyfriend's running board on his truck, dent his truck and scratch it all the way up the cab to the head lights. We are new to the area and this leaves an awful taste in our mouths. Sooooo many dishonest and rude ppeople. I will never be ordering from Canada Post anymore.

FedEx is by far the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. My package is almost a week late now. Monday: Expected delivery date. First I ask them to deliver my package to a FedEx location, the delivery driver screws up and tries to deliver it to my door, I call them within 10 minutes of getting this notification and said I can go home if he tries to redeliver because the delivery guy should still be in town but instead of doing that the driver said he wouldn't redeliver and took my package back to Bellville. Tuesday: THEN I call customer support to ask them to deliver the package to a FedEx location again which they said they would. Okay package is confirmed to be delivered the next day. The next day comes around and the FedEx guy doesn't stop at the drop off location, it goes back to Belleville. Wednesday: THEN I call back again and tell them to again deliver the package to a FedEx drop off store. This time they don't send out their own courier, and they don't get it to me that day, INSTEAD they give it to a different shipping company completely so now I have a very expensive package with no tracking number, supposedly being delivered to the drop off store. Thursday: Package isn't there! Now I call back and am told that the package is going to be delivered by tomorrow by the latest. But at this point I really doubt that. FedEx is by far the worst shipping company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, customer support is great and friendly but has no sense of what's going on. In the future if I have the choice of having a package delivered by FedEx or another service, I will choose any other shipping option available. This is ridiculous Edit: uploaded a photo of a FedEx delivery van 2 streets over from my house. They claimed in my last call to customer support that I lived in a remote location, and couldn't send their trucks out here.
