Dr. B and his staff are top notch. From Sue at the front desk to all the hygienists and assistants. They make you feel comfortable and at ease, are very friendly, gentle and professional. Not to mention the other Dentists in the office as well. I just had a procedure with Dr. Fong and she is simply amazing. I wish they were around when I was a kid and hated going to the dentist. I can’t say that I am surprised that my previous review was removed due to it being negative. That verifies to me that the 4.9/5 star review is misleading and you wonder how many other negative reviews are removed to keep up that excellent rating.
A business is guaranteed to have both negative and positive reviews – it is a part of business whether you like it or not. The negative reviews are meant to hold the business accountable and for them to consider where they can make changes to provide better customer service.
My last review wasn’t sabotaging by any means, but it made a statement on the importance of keeping your patients, and most importantly, your staff happy and respected in order for a business to thrive; especially in the volatile financial climate we are all victims of currently.

Had a medical emergency that technically my orthodontist would've been responsible for. Her office was closed, so was my normal dentist's. I called to see if they could take a sec to have a look at me and Christina and Andrea were able to accommodate this brand-new patient with some really satisfying promptness. If my dentist wasn't so close to home, I would switch clinics, no doubt. They are open more days out of the week than mine is and that, in itself, is literally a testament to their level of commitment. Keep doing the great work!

I went in to get my teeth cleaned. The male dentist was pushing getting x-rays so he could maximize my dental plan. I feel he did not perform his function objectively. He was after my health insurance money. He asked me if I experience any pain in my teeth, to which I responded NO. No, to headaches, NO to tooth pain...NO NO NO. Yet, he drilled my teeth and now all of the symptoms he asked me about BEFORE he touched my teeth are now OCCURRING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OF THE 7Dental locations. I will also be taking this matter up with my provincial MPP and MP to discuss unnecessary dental procedures forced upon patients by their so called objective dentist. This was the most terrible experience I have ever had, and I still had to pay these set prices that they force upon you. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!
