Dear All, Alaxanian is a very old company since 100 years. i dont know much about them ,but i asked my home carpet cleaning to guelph office and my experience was extremely bad . First of all , they sent guy from hamilton area and i am living in guelph. the guy charged $400 for 3 bedroom home and he was empty with shampoo after one badroom and he add water and clean carpet. when we asked their supervisor , he did not response and did extremely bad cleaning after charging $400 . Please dont try their carper clening service.

Was recommended by another customer. "back in an hour" sign had been there for the last two days. The hours aren't helpful as I was off early from work to get a chance to go, only to see the sign. wasted my time. Mailbox is full.

Service was wonderful in the store. The flooring and carpet was installed in a timely manner and very professionally. It was a great and painless experience. Prices were very competitive. Would definitely shop there again.

I am so glad I found the team at Universal Flooring. A friend offered to install some laminate for me and made the biggest mess of it imagineable. I found someone who said they could take it up and fix it. they walked in, looked and ran away. I looked online and found Cathy, Baha and their marvekous son Brandon. I lucked out Brandon was just finishing a job and could come shortly. In 1.5 days he had the two floors taken up and unfortunately they were not salvageable but he found me one that was perfect that they had in stock and put it in right away. and am Impeccable job!!! I needed it done as Im selling my house. and I need alot of floors in my new house and I have found my floor company for that, so glad, and a big thank you to all of you.

I bought my flooring at sarmazian Brothers after checking three other places in town. Paul was a patient and informative salesman. The two installers Steve and Nick went above and beyond accommodating my over-the-top picky and interfering suggestions. These two were competent clean meticulous installers. Amazing craftsmanship. Would never hesitate to recommend sarmazian!

I needed engineered wood that’s 4 years old. There’s none in alberta where I am. So I looked on line and came across hardwood giant in Brampton. I was dealing with a fellow named JD who confirmed he had the flooring style I needed for my repair. The following day JD requested a credit card for a deposit which was only supposed to be a couple hundred dollars. Fast forward a week, I had no communication from JD and was charged $1000 deposit without my consent. I decided to phone hardwood giant’s main office number that I saw on their Facebook page. I complained about my terrible experience with JD. JD called me within 5 min. He tried to convince me he hadn’t forgotten me and everything was fine. I told JD I had opened a complaint with MasterCard for fraud and I wanted my $1000 back which he had taken without consent and services rendered. After an hour of stalling by the slick salesman I got confirmation via a POS receipt that my refund was processed. What a terrible experience. StayAway

contacted by email, quick reply, quick in home appointment, good advice, quick install, cleaned up work area, looks fabulous & I have a very happy daughter.

I went into this location and no one acknowledged my presence. The person at the front was taking about some situation of theirs and was using swear words which is highly inappropriate in this customer service atmosphere. I saw something I wanted but I'll look for it at another store.

Reasonably priced, good selection and knowledgeable staff

Great customer service and great selection of quality products. Will definitely be back for the rest of my flooring projects at home.

I purchased Vintage Hardwood at Milton Hardwood and they were amazing. I dealt with Belle who was very professional and nice she came out to my house and measured what I needed and recommended her installers who were very clean and courteous and did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I would highly using Milton Hardwood for very good quality flooring and install. Thank you so much guys.

Very good place to find good prices on flooring. very nice salesmen and installers.

I met Rikki when he was doing an carpet install at the company I work for. I asked him for a quote for the building that I manage part-time. The price was fair and reasonable so we accepted. His installers were friendly and quick. The did a 12 unit bulding in two days. Carpet looks great! They also installed sound reducing under pad so that the restaurent below wouldn't hear the tenants as the go up and down the stairs. The sound insulation even was noticable in the hallway. I'm so impressed with the new lookand the professional service. They were detail oriented and cleaned after thenselves. Had we chosen a red color for the carpet you might have thought that the Queen was coming for dinner. Great job guys. Thank you. I would highly ecommend Decor Floors for home , commercial and decoratings needs. -Michael
