Flooring

Excellent Customer Service. Went in to get under padding which they were able to cut it quickly and the price was excellent for top level padding. Way cheaper than the big box stores.

We were very satisfied with the product and service from Hardwood Giant and we will come again when we do our future renovations.

Great service!! Great staff !! Excellent rug collection, It was pleasant experience to find the area rug for our new home . Amod helped us to find the right rugs for our home that best matched to our style . I will definitely recommend “End of the Roll” for carpet and area rug !!!!!

Prompt and efficient service from selecting carpet to installation process, with great pricing. My husband and I just moved into our home recently and wanted carpet replaced in the basement as well as 3 small sets of stairs. We dealt with Gopal, the owner at this location. He came by himself to do the measurements and was very good to work with. Installers were pleasant and quick and we were very pleased with the results....thank you Gopal!

Great for the professional floor installers needs

The service was very good .Very knowledgeable

I am very happy with my purchase from Sarmazian. Justin was very knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive. He helped me pick out the best carpet for my stairs, and they look great. He wasn’t pushy - he listened to what I needed, showed me options, and gave me the opportunity to choose the carpet that I liked best. I eventually chose the Karastan Evening Shadow with the Stainmaster underpad; the pairing is a very comfortable feel and a beautiful look. Justin also introduced me to Hum, the installer of the carpet. Hum was polite, accommodating and detail oriented. I don’t often post on Google Reviews, but Justin and Hum definitely deserve a Five Star rating. Thank you!

Gary in sales was very knowledgeable, courteous and accessible throughout the process. Top notch installers. Entire team compliments your industry.

This was my first time at a source flooring store and I was truly impressed by the products available. The sale person was very nice and the young man who delivered my purchase to the car was also pleasant. I will consider my future purchases be at the same store

Went to buy my floors here on a Saturday AM..keep in mind no one else was in the store at this time and the manager looked high – beat red eyes and was zoned out. When I went to purchase, their VISA machines chip function wasn’t working so the store manger, RONALDO tried swiping my card and it got declined (x2) – he followed to say “Ugh, it’s not working again…this happened to my customer yesterday…we just have to swipe it”. I got a little sketched out at this point and then RONALDO started turning my card over looking at my security code and swiping my card. Then - my cell phone started ringing and it was VISA. The lady on the phone asked who I was and where I was currently to verify that it was me trying to purchase this flooring. The VISA rep said that I can see on my end that this business has a “CHIP and ENTER machine” so if they are saying only swipe works then tell him “No you have a chip and enter machine and to enter your card number manually and the purchase price - If they decline to do so then I advise you not to purchase from this store” When I was relaying this info to RONALDO he was becoming confrontational saying this happened yesterday too and everything will be fine.. VISA was calling because swipe machine functions endure higher fraud activity. Needless to say I didn’t end up buying here because of this and I cancelled my VISA….BE AWARE!! Trying to steal identity…sketchy

Well organised items and knowledgeable staff

It was a pleasure dealing with Arthur and Margaret. Arthur did a fantastic job and helped us get the right type of hardwood floors that matched our life style and family needs. His crew was able to beautifully restain and update our stairs to match the new floors. Like art. Very clean and efficient.

This is our second purchase at Hardwood Giant Burlington. Anjum is very pleasant to deal with and very professional. They are competitively priced. We love the 1st floor we installed,

New flooring in the bedrooms and hallway. Good workmanship, and finished quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the selection of flooring, and the prices were reasonable -- better than expected.

My experience here was amazing. Not only was I able to take home (sign out) large samples for a few days to see how it would work with my home colours but the staff were helpful, sweet and really took the time to help me. Thanks for the support! I love my area rug!

We had Arka Flooring in to replace all of the carpeting with solid hardwood floors on our upper floor, as well as redo our stairs with hardwood. I must say that they did an absolutely beautiful job with the installation and finish of all of the work, on time and at the price quoted. My wife and I love the results and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed work done.

Excellent service. Ordered me a special product in a great timely manner. Good prices too
