Sales people and Larry were nice. Time frame for getting carpet in was quick. Price was good. Just don’t pay to have their installers move your furniture during installation. We now have a scratched recliner, scratched door frames, 1 scratched threshold, and 1 completely broken threshold.

We were overwhelmed by the variety they have, but Bev did a great job of helping us zero in on what we needed. The prices were far less than we expected as well.
Little's Floor Refinishing Llc
1572 Red Oak Rd, Dayton, Ohio, 45432, United States
I was rather disappointed when I called Little's Floor Refinishing to request an estimate when Mr. Little informed me that he only services Kettering and Beavercreek customers. No reason was given which made me assume the worst. Why have a business which is advertised with a Dayton address and not service the entire community.

The gentleman who was helping us was helping another customer and us at the same time and refused to pass us off to the other three customer service reps who walked past and asked us if we needed help. The guy kept answering for us. I would have preferred to have gotten out faster since he was busy with someone else. He was helpful once we finally actually got help.

Bob Madden Carpet & Tile

Superior customer service! When I didn't like the tile I ordered from a sample, Pat Madden didn't hesitate to return it. He and Therese offered several alternatives and even stayed after hours to help me. I took more samples home and when I had questions about those, they both replied quickly to my email. I even got a personal call from Pat to make sure all my questions got answered. They definitely helped keep my project on track and they couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. I'll go back to Bob Madden Carpet and Tile for my next project! Mike in Kettering
