3908 is my favorite store. Although Sunday mornings, you tend to have a little bit of a time finding somebody that knows something about the one particular thing you're looking for. That's just my luck though. Overall good experience. Thumbs up.

One of my favorite stores in Norman. Many stores have employees who have no clue about the merchandise or where anything in the store is. These employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful. They also allow dogs in the store, which is nice (don't have to risk leaving your dog in a hot car). A+

I went to buy seal for my porch on may 16th at 4pm the lady in the paint department was great she answered all my questions and made me feel I could handle my up coming project

I love the workers here. Professional and friendly, helped me load a grill into my Jeep and even held the lift gate up when it tried to fall. Very comparable to Lowe's in most aspects. Easy return policy.

This seems to be the only company in this area that has all flooring types and does not try to push laminate which would not have worked at all for us. Installers were meticulous and did a wonderful job. If you need new flooring this is the company. Excellent customer service and know how! One of the few companies in Lawton that still takes pride in their service. Not sure where to start. I unfortunately can not perform flooring work at my home due to the fact that I am a Disabled Veteran, so I decided to go with this company and I couldn't have made a bigger mistake. Pry marks left all over my home from removing baseboards. Damaged my bar, damaged my fireplace, and left mortar under the floors installed. Hollow spots, cracked flooring, low spots, high spots, short spots, long spots, the list goes on and on. Will the owner, came out and punched my friendly puppy for getting to close to him. Not sure if he was having a terrible day but absolutely unaccetable. Buyer and shopper beware. Stated work would be completed in a week and months later still incomplete. Please contact me should anyone want pictures or additional information on all the issues we have encountered with this company. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

This is the worst location I have ever been too. Every location was selling a trio grill for 30 dollars less and they wouldn’t even honor the price match from their other location who doesn’t do this!!! The manager would not give me the price difference. I had to call a different manager from a different store and ask him why this was happening he said it’s individually own. I said all the website are at the price and the stores are that price but this store was the only one that had it in stock!!! Omg, the manager on May told me he will call the other manger to see if he could help me which he did and they gave it to me for the price that was advertised. This store is the worst about customer service no wonder amazon is killing it!!! Don’t go here. It was per assembly and I had it delivered but it’s missing parts!!!! Im missing the bottom screws. I called to see if I could get this corrected but again a different manager and it was also hard to deal with them!! Worst place to buy anything. I guess the owner told them to treat customers like this or accepts it because everyone is like this there. Go to another location even the manager on May helped me by talking to the manager in this location...

Bought a 25 year carpet with per warranty. The carpet started to fall apart after one year. A representative came out to check the carpet and never contacted us after. I would not recommend them ever.

This is the worst company ever to have to do business with! We bought a new home June of last year so the house was under warranty. Shortly after moving in we started having problems with the flooring, most of the house is done in tile that looks like wood, the tiles began coming lose and the grout started coming out through out the house. The installers came out several different times due to the same issue, some in different spots and some in the same places that had been already been fixed. Come to find out, the floor had to be redone three times before we had even moved in. The installer finally came to us and offered to replace the flooring, we agreed to that and the next thing we knew the installer started jerking us around, saying that his insurance company denied his claim saying that it was due to the house settling after we got passed that and we proved to the installer it was not settling but a really bad job done, they came in and pulled out the old floor. In the process of putting in the new floor, the reined almost every piece of trim they touched as well as the cabinets in the kitchen and the base of the shower in the bathroom. It got to the point that I told them anymore trim that needed to come off to let me know and I would pull it myself. When they finished, there was areas of the floor that didn't not even go all of the way under the trim because they cut it to short, there are spots that the flooring has pulled apart and you can see the subfloor and the strip that covers the track that goes in between the carpet and it her flooring was cut to short and you can see the track underneath. We have called and left the installer several messages and he will not answer or call us back. When someone does answer it is his wife and she says she will have him call us, but we hear nothing. I called the rep and left him a voicemail mail wanting to know what we needed to do to get our shower and floor fixed but don't get a call back either. So now something that we should not have had to pay for we have to have someone from a different company that knows what they are doing, come out and fix all of it. Save your money and time! Go somewhere else!

When I went into this location the sales staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The store was clean and inviting. I loved their beautiful guarantee and I would recommend this company to anyone.

This place had fantastic service! I bought the carpet through Ryan Cormier and he was great! The prices were low but with high quality. The install was fast and the finishing result was perfection!
