I have to unfortunately add my voice to those who are dissatisfied with the Whitehorse General Hospital. I've had to go there for care about 3 -4 times over a ten year period and have always felt disrespected and treated like a number. I found the nurses to be arrogant and controlling and when I try to phone to give feedback, there is no understanding or empathy.

Crocus Ridge has excellent suites for health and social services staff. Clean and modern

Good long term care. Staff are helpful friendly and professional. Nice location.

Whistlebend Place is where I want to be if I need to be in a LTC facility. The staff are incredible. The building is amazing. Yukon Continuing Care has a great attitude towards the process of aging, and the respect given to the residents is heart-warming.

All your employees are very capable and friendly.

This is a great company to work for. Very flexible. Accommodating to nurses as well as clients. Communication with scheduling is very easy and clear. Supervisors are available as much as you need them. Despite being out in the field, you never feel alone. Solid company that provides quality care.

Growing up, you never really put much thought into when or how your parents will grow old. They're always the ones watching over you so when that role is reversed it's almost unthinkable to imagine handing that all-important role over to strangers, especially if your beloved parent is battling with illness. You just want to be there for them, shower them with love and make sure they know how much you appreciate every moment they cared for you but then you remember. You remember you have a fulltime job, you yourself have children now, there are demands on your time that make it physically impossible to be those hands and that heart physically present for your parent every day and that's where At Home Care Solutions steps in. You can trust this wonderful team, you can depend on them to be there for your loved one when you cannot. Actually, this is the way you can be there for your loved one and I am so grateful to have found an extension of my family in this kind and sincere company of home care professionals. Best long term Rooms of any facility I’ve been to in the state and that’s a whole lot and my mother gets great care and loves it.

Tried to call to get info and was met with arbitrary process of callback and they refused to let me just give first name and phone number pushy and lost my buisness.

Best Rehab! PT, OT and speech in are very experienced and capable. Rehab staff has been the same for over 10 years great fun and friendly group of therapist. My mom was able to to return home by herself after 2 weeks.

My grandmother was recently a patient here after she fell and broke her hip. After being there for a month she is now in the hospital not able to talk or eat. We found out that she has been given large doses of hydrocodone daily. She is a kidney patient and her system is not able to process these kinds of drugs well. It got to a point where she was just sleeping all day and not able to open her eyes and eat. I also found out later that she skipped her dialysis treatments a few times because this facility was not able to "find" a sling for her leg. This was detrimental to her health and now we dont know if she will be able to recover. I have never seen one time a nurse that would try and feed her. Every time we came the food would just stand there. If we didn't come every day she would never eat. On top of everything my grandma developed shingles from her immune system crashing. The physical therapy here is a joke. They would feed her a bunch of hydrocodone and then expect her to do any exercises. All of the Kindred facilities should be shut down. I only started finding out other horror stories after this happen. Never trust case workers, do your research. Your loved ones deserve better. I am so sad right now, I probably will never be able to have a normal conversation with my grandma ever again. Mind you she was pretty healthy before this, walking with a walker, and in good spirits and independent. I will be filing a complaint with SF Ombudsman and anyone that had a senior loved one that was mistreated should do the same.

If you care your family . Please don't send your family to this Rehab center You will receive any service and sometime there will no nurse to help you.
