Stayed here for may long weekend, they were nice enough to let our dogs stay as well. Whirl pool suite was amazing, would definitely go again.

Great place to stay when in the area for boating or fishing. Breakfast is good, lots of options. Ground floor sliding doors are so convenient for staying with a puppy who needs to go out often.

Food was good. Menu price for pitcher of beer differed from price on bill by $3. Jalapeno peppers were banana peppers. When politely brought to attention of waitress, she got her manager who basically implied we were being bitchy by bringing this to her attention and no offer made to credit our bill by $3. Whatever happened to the customer is always right and disdain for false advertising?

Beautiful location just outside of Bancroft on a gorgeous natural background of Lake surrounded by birch trees and evergreen. Clean cottages with lots of space and nice beachfront property . Breathtaking sunsets segway to peaceful nights adorned with the chatter of crickets and the soft fleeting hoot of an owl and the magestic cry of a single loon echoing out his song for a mate.

Was not expecting to find such luxury. Room was clean and cozy. Amazing service. We needed an extra mattress to fit an extra guest we brought. They came in the room and brought us another single bed. Loved this hotel. Only 4 min away from the beac and pizza place right next to the hotel! Recommend this hotel

Nice, clean rooms in a good building but where they really excel is in their customer service. The staff was probably the most accommodating I have seen in a hotel thus far.

Our car had broken down on the Highway. Lovely staff waited up late at night for us, was underatanding of our predictament, and drove us to a restaurtant in the morning where we could comfortably wait for a friend to pick us up. Clean rooms, great wifi and TV. We slept well and you can't beat the price.
