Room and indoor areas clean and modern. Location next to major roads and restaurants. Has digital key and whirlpool. Glad i could use reward points for 2 queen bed room as standard room reward in the Markham area and not too busy.

Very clean and quite place. Excellent customer Service,the water in the swimming pool is crystal clear. Price also resonable compare to the other motel in kingston area.We will definitely come back next time.

Such a lovely hotel. Very clean. The entire staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel is in a nice location. 5-8 minute walk to the mall. I really like this hotel, I could stay here again soon. There’s a restaurant too, I didn’t like the breakfast buffet but the rest of the food there was really yummy.

Great room, convenient to parking. Tim Horton's is a 2 minute walk. Staff were great, friendly and efficient. Would happily stay again.

Some of the things in this hotel are dated, and the walls could use a better washing once in a while but overall it's a very nice hotel with a great pool! The pool is salt water and very warm, and the hot tub is HOT. Which is nice because most hot tubs you go into these days are just like sitting in a warm bath. I also love that the rooms have a patio door that you can use too. Would stay there again!

All rooms have recently been renovated. Clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. No real downside to this hotel

I stayed at this motel for one month and it was gross my fridge broke down I lost over $100 dollars in grocery me and my family and they would not rehimburst me

We just show up, and already disgusted. The fridge is unplugged, and the plug is bent so I can't be plugged in, and the inside is moldy. The microwave is also moldy. The fire alarm is questionable, and the balcony has no access. No basics; TV guide, locals guide, and WiFi is useless.

Very bad experience. I searched this place by google map, the website looks like a well organized company. So we called to book a two bedroom apartment, even confirmed with a man twice in one day ahead, with whom replied us for very sure. However, when we arrived, the man told us he can't provide us the room, and just left us in the lobby then disappeared. We checked with the concierge team of the apartment if this man works here? The mgt service team replied the man is a private owner who may owns three apartments in this building, lots of people encountered the same problems like us. The man always changes mind, when he gets a book in a longer stay, he will kick out the shorter order customers, no matter who book first, very dishonest person.

The unit was fantastic and the view was unreal. Family had a great time and the units were clean and well equipped. The Elite suites team was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely going to use their service again.

Parking was $20 a night. The structure's maximum height is 7', so if you have a truck like me, it will be challenging to park. Parking should be free! The rooms were quiet and modern, beds were very comfortable but on the short side. I'm 6' tall and my feet were hanging off the end. Lots of dust in the room as well. The bathroom, especially the shower, was great. Not a bad hotel, but for the price + parking, I expected something better.
