I went to Paris Jewellers recently because I had gone before and had a very positive experience with some of the young ladies who worked there. However, this time when I went I had a terrible experience. I found the manager to be very dismissive, flippant, and overall not very knowledgable about the jewellery she was selling. She had me running all over the store and wasn't listening to what I wanted and then she told me to go to People's. I don't think I will be returning to this store. At least not when she's there. Very unprofessional.

My grandma is a frequent customer here and all of the sales staff know her! Their sales are usually quite good, too. I took my grandma in yesterday to help her do a return, and Karen helped us, and it was hands down one of the best customer service experiences of my life! She was extremely helpful and friendly and was really great with my grandma. I would absolutely come back next time I visit! Thank you to everyone here!

This is one of the most honest business i have encountered in years i paid in us and then received an email approx a day later saying do to the exchange rate i over paid and that they were sending an matching kilt pin to go with the sporran chains i ordered to make up the difference. Shipping was quick an the products are beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful experience

I had a terrible experience at another local jewelry store, where i was always getting a different story. Never felt taken care of. Just walking into David Jewelers I was welcomed with a smile and taken care of right away. They shared every option I had on changing my ring and insured me I would love the outcome. Told me my ring would be ready in four days and only took them three! I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND DAVID JEWELERS TO ANYONE, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

These people seriously know their rocks and crystals! I have made purchases here 4-5 times and have always been happy with the products, prices, knowledge, and customer service!

They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went to a few other jewelers that didn't give me the attention I wanted and tried to tell me what I should buy. Giamantes helped me find what I was looking for and even was able to use a diamond from a ring I already had. I will definitely use them again inthe future.

My wife resized her ring that she bought here at the Kay jeweler in anchorage 5th avenue mall and after 3 weeks we went back to get it back. My wife noticed the size are kind of the same but she trusted them so we just left. We moved to California and decided to check with other jewelry store if we can resize it after my wife started complaining about the size again. After simple check of the rings size we found out that kay jewelers lied to us and never resized the ring. We were so disappointed specially that we trusted the company. Another complain we have is the offers they send in mail. Once you go check the offer suddenly you find out that whatever they are trying to offer is just full of bait to get your money. Very shady. by my experience I will never recommend this company as a whole to everyone.

My five year old daughter got her ears pierced at a different location and one of the earrings was visibly uncentered. It was a harrowing experience partially due to the location not having two people to pierce both ears at once. After many tears, we decided to call the location closest to us and I had the pleasure of speaking with Liz. She reassured me that my child wasn't marred for life, in fact after the original hole healed we could get it repierced for free. Today we went to the Fiesta Mall location to get the new piercing. To my great fortune, Liz was there to redo the piercing. She was great with my daughter, never condescending or patronizing and she got it done with zero tears, exactly the opposite of our first experience. She was much more thorough and gave me information the first location completely neglected. Thank you, Liz, my super stylie statuesque sister!!

The entire corporation should be avoided, not just this location.

Huge rip off.. was a big fan until I found out the engagement ring I bought my ex fiance I paid 7200$ is only worth 500$? What a rip off.. highly advice looking elsewhere for jewelry.
