Shopping at imported jewelry outlet was the worst experience I ever had for the year of 2018. My twin brother and I were shopping together and my brother picked out a watch and I purchase it in 2017 my brother past away. That watch was the closest piece of jewelry to remember my twin brother. Until I took the watch to Imported Jewelry outlet in East Orange New Jersey for a replacement battery for my watch. I paid twelve dollars in advance. Next day I came to get my watch and the clerk tells me we couldn't place a new battery in your watch and here's your refund for the battery. When the watch was placed in my hand I notice a pin that turns the light on or activate the stop watch was missing. The clerk than took my watch back and said we will look for the missing pin. Two days after I return another clerk said I brought the watch in there already damaged. And there is nothing we can do about it. I was very very up set and promised imported jewelry outlets that I was going to talk to my attorney and they laughed in my face. Ok let's get the ball rolling.

I brought my ring in to be resized and cleaned. It looks brand new! The staff is very nice and welcoming. I would recommend bringing jewelry in for repairs. I hope to actually buy a piece from there soon.

Zero greetings and staff is rude. Until I came to register with item what i want no one does care, so disappointed on awful customer service

I have worked with Reg and his crew on several ocassions. They are amazing! My husband and I had wedding bands made 11 years ago with out initials intertwined into a celtic design and they still look beautiful. I have had jewelry fixed here and have bought other pieces as well over three years. My mother once visited because one of her favorite rings was missing the opal. It was an odd shaped opal. Reg happened to have one that fit perfectly and fixed it on the spot. On another ocassion a rosary I was given from the 1800s broke. He was able to fix it. My husband is having a detailed ring desigend and they have been most patient with all of his requests. I couldn't speak more highly of this establishment. This my go to place. You will not be disappointed!

Buyer beware. I bought a custom ring here because I saw it in vogue magazine and fell in love. The stone was a beautiful electric green. I went to their shop and the rings (they had a few sizes) were just as beautiful in person. I needed a size they did not have so they told me I would need to have it custom made. They explained that because it is a precious stone, it might look slightly different, which I was fine with. When the ring came in however, the stone was dark green/blue! The owner said because it was a customer order, I had to take the piece. I was heartbroken and out $400 (amount they said I had to give for deposit). I worked in a jewelry store and I know first hand, they COULD have put that ring in their stock and resolved my issue. If the owner does not care about his customers, I guarantee you none of his employees will. Granted, everyone is nice when they want to make a sale, but if you have any issues, you will be out of luck.
