I really want to give this store a 3.5 star. My teenage daughter really likes the store and she recently had a return and was treated very well. I'm told many teenage girls go there and enjoy being at this store. It's always good to support a local store owner.

Absolutely LOVE the customer service at this location!!! Everyone is so helpful and not pushy about additional products. I actually bought additional merchandise because it was suggested but not shoved down my throat like at other places. Any time I've ever had an issue with a product, it's been dealt with immediately and in the most professional manner. I'll never shop anywhere else for my MK products!!

The shop has a very warm atmosphere. The family who runs is is absolutely fantastic, and are even quite generous when it comes to services and pricing flexibility.

Very friendly, great service and reasonable pricing. We have gotten watch and ring repairs, battery replacement, rhodium plating, ring fusing, ring resizing, general jewelry checkups and cleaning all same day service.

Great service and great prices. Brother and sister run family store open for 60 years now. They have done excellent work on repairs of my jewelry and watches at a fair price. If you are looking for something a little different they are great at designing jewelry as well, my wife loves her rings.

Nice jewelry

My daughter and I love this jewelry store. The customer service is of the best quality, not to mention the beautiful jewelry! My daughter specifically wanted her engagement ring to come from this store because of the professional way she has been treated each time she has come in. I recently had a new engagement setting made using my original diamond and two smaller diamond earrings that my husband gave to me. It turned out more beautifully than I expected and I can’t stop staring at it! Thank you Conti Jewelers, we’ll be seeing you again!
