Awesome and friendly. Wish I had more jewelry/ watches to get repaired or cleaned. Will definitely return.

Awesome experience working with Albert! Brought two diamonds set in rings to sell or trade. Walked away with an awesome diamond and cash. Great experience and very fair exchange.

Mr. Batky did an excellent job helping me design a custom engagement ring for my Fiancée. He met all my expectations and met the tight deadline I had with ease. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Don't waste your time with other companies. Mira Jewellery is the way to go!

Absolutely stunning necklace! Bought these necklaces for my two sisters when they turned 30. Thought it was a cute gift to commemorate 3 decades without being too cheesy!!! So many compliments when wearing them! Beautiful and simple. Communication from the seller was amazing, shipping was quick, great packaging. Thank you so much!

This has been my jeweler my entire life. He’s an expert, friendly, and prices goods and services fairly. My little brother wants to be a jeweler and is going to school for it because of this guy. He’s the best. His staff is incredibly friendly as well. A wonderful place to go if you need a service performed or are looking for a new piece of jewelry

Friendly staff, good prices, would go back again

Greg was amazing very kind and causal! He can get anything you want custom made if they don't have it. The diamonds are the best I have seen and you can't beat the price. Coming here there is no pressure no hassle I will be going back for sure! Greg you are the best!

Messaged them through Google to see if they would buy my silver. Messaged me right back, to discuss further details. Actually still communicating with them. You dont get that kind of customer service in most businesses. Thanks guys for all the help hope to see ya soon!

Fantastic in every way. Most accommodating staff. So glad I was referred to them by a well known jewelry store. Great resource! Custom cutters! Fair pricing. A must for anyone in the trade.

Went to buy an item that I had communicated about for three days with someone named Michelle. Don't know her status. I took the time and gas to go to the store and when I got there they couldn't find the item. That is so unprofessional. They did offer me one that was nothing like the one I was to pickup. Also offered to mail it to me if they ever find and apologized for any inconveniences..oh and a 60% discount on any other purchase. Like I would ever go in there again...bad business praxpract..

Place is a rip off offering way below what stuff is worth then put it on there shelfs for almost brand new prices thats why nobody gives yall business especially the older scruffy hair man hes a horrible person to try and do business with ..

Don't waste your time. I saw an item I liked, so I grabbed it and brought it to the register. Owner said she's not selling the display, she didn't have any in stock, and I had to special order it. After contemplating for several minutes, I special ordered the item and paid up front. The owner gave me an ETA. I went to the store and she told me my item has not arrived, so she gave me another ETA. I went back and she still didn't have it. She blamed the vendor/manufacturer. After three to four months of waiting, I asked for a refund. Owner got very rude and snappy. She didn't want to give me a refund, but I had to keep pushing to get my money back. What kind of customer service was that?! Not worth it.

Clean place. Cool items. Really nice owner
