Best pawn shop I’ve ever been to, I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to sell, buy or pawn items at.

Great place

I am using Alan James jewelers for estate appraisal services, as well as for cleaning and repair of items, including watches. They tell me they have a new kind of ring resizing that leaves no detectible trace at the join. The staff is truly knowledgeable and their ability to identify time frames and materials extraordinary. (Wish I was getting paid for this; but I am not!). They are in the same building as Benihana; enter from the parking lot in back.

Great products, a wide variety of silver and gold, they also do custom made work, their prices are very reasonable, i think its one of the best jewelry stores in Windsor, thank you for your consistent great efforts.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to accommodate every customer that walks through the door. As an added bonus, The Kilmer Building's architecture is absolutely stunning, being in The Goldsmith is an experience in and of itself! There is really no store in the Southern Tier that matches it's uniqueness and beauty.

After going to 5 jewelry stores, Confers was the best by far! Mary was extremely helpful. She was more knowledgeable than anyone I had spoke to previously. They do not pressure you to buy like other stores and their quality and variety surpassed all competition.

I was referred by a friend to see Amanda at Tappers, and in my time there she gave me a tour of the facility and thoroughly explained all the options I was interested in. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and would recommend Amanda and Tappers jewelers to anyone.

Carbinos has been our family jeweler for 60+ years. Greg Carbino is great to deal with and they offer fantastic customer service after the sale. Their products are high quality and their selection is very good. I would highly recommend this family business. They don't try to sell you and they will show you everything in the store to make you happy including ordering stock if you don't find that special something in their store.

Petros was our go to jeweler, loved their jewelry and it is reasonably priced. The last experience I had was a bad one and never deal with them again. I went there for a wedding band for my wife. She didn't like any in the display case so the guy that was working said " I have one in the back that a lady has here for cleaning, you might like that." So she did like it and we bought it, he told us it would take 2 weeks to make and they would call when done. So it took 3 weeks and they gave us the ring that was in the display case that she didn't like. I figured, no biggy they'll correct it, pretty simple. Nope they lied and told me that it was miscommunication and that ring wasn't what they planned to sell us?????? Wow I will never do business with them again and it's a shame due to buying probably 8 or 9 rings and a few necklaces and earrings from them. They are pretty terrible as far as good business.

Alondra hands down has the worst customer service ive dealt with in a while. Her attitude is so fiery and she does not give you a chance to talk. She has a huge attitude and is very rude. Will never step back in this pandora ever again.
