Patrick custom designed our wedding rings 11 years ago, has resized them since, and has done quite a few other custom pieces for us. He's a quality jewelry and is a great person to work with.

Couldn't have had a better experience when buying both an engagement ring and a pair of wedding bands. Knowledgeable and friendly, they walked us step by step through the whole process and helped us find the perfect choices. I was extremely disappointed in the service when I visited this store. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon about 1:30 pm, and the store was empty except for the 3 employees. I walked in to no greeting from anyone, I went looking around, and no one acknowledged my presence by asking if I needed assistance. I was there for about ten minutes before deciding that while I liked the items, there was a serious lack of customer service. I left the same way I walked in, unacknowledged.

Royal oak Jewellers are one of the best in offering great variety of designs and quality ornaments. The product, pricing and the service they offer is excellent. You can't miss out their holiday season deals. Shankar and his team is very good in customer service and troubleshooting.

I have shopped at marrella and co MANY times! We purchased our wedding rings here and found not only a beautiful selection, but a wonderful experience. No annoying, pushy sales tactics, just truly an interest in making sure that we were happy with our rings. We purchased my diamond here, and through comparison shopping, I know we received the best price.

First, the store is fine but, if you want people to come back perhaps you should acknowledge them when they walk in and actually offer some assistance. Standing behind the register with your co-worker and playing with your cellphone, ignoring everyone is NOT the way to have repeat business. That was in the morning this past President's Day and there wasn't another person in the store. I won't be back and will order online or from another store who carries Brighton.

I found clutches that I wanted for my wedding but there were only two in the store, one of the associates (K.C.) called 8 or more other stores helping me track down the other 4 that I needed, since the Claire's website was already sold out. She truly went above and beyond.
