Ewww the manager is such a rude brat! I wanted to punch her in the face so bad!! Give her a reason to have such bad attitude and roll her eyes!

Love the people who work there... however I'm disliking the company. I had my wedding band and engagement ring sent out to be soldered and re-dipped (it's white gold) in August. It came back with the engagement ring not aligned so I sent it back. Week later it came back and I was happy! Here it is December and I had to take it back because the dip had worn off and the soldering had broke. It shouldn't of done that especially after only 4 months. I'm a florist so I'm not rough by all means at my job for it to come apart. Hopefully when I get it back it will be good as new and won't come apart.

Bought a chain from there, the only reason I bought it is because a credit card was offered with it on really good terms. Sales pitch on the credit card killed it, but then I received a bill just to find out it was all bullsh*t. Never will go there again and dont recommend anyone else going there either they are there just for commission and sales, they will make you buy something with anyway possible even if they have to lie. Very Dissapointed in my self for trusting a sales person

do not take your jewelry there to have fixed. i was forced to take my rings to kay after beldon was closed. the first time i get my ring cleaned they knocked out a diamond and had to send the ring out to get fixed. when i received the ring back i thought everything was fine oh was i wrong. my ring has dents and chips that were made. also the ring has what look like burn marks or the gold was stripped off i just want to cry and scream. how could they do this to my ring. i give them -o which is not an option

It was such a perfect fit that I don't even have to get the engagement ring and my wedding band saydered together - they stay right where they're supposed to :) Highly recommended for all of your jewelry needs!
