This is my second experience with Kranichs Jewellers. Although my first experience was excellent, I have to say that this experience was beyond great. In an age where customer service seems to be a dying entity, Kailey Kunes has rekindled my faith in....well..."customer service". This lady saw me thru every step of the process and was very prompt and attentive to my every question and concern. I cannot state enough how present she has been and how her experience helped guide me thru a very personal and important purchase. A big thanks to Kailey and Kranichs for a smooth process and excellent end result. If you need a salesperson in this field, Kailey is your girl!!!!

I got my wedding rings, engagement ring and stone and engagement ring from Lorellis. I dealt with Mike exclusively and will continue to give my business to Lorellis. They are no pressure organization with very flexible payment plans. They listen more than they speak and try to understand their customers needs. A truly excellent business with incredibly high quality and standards.

About a year after I got married I knocked the diamond (prongs and all) off my engagement setting. I went all over town looking for a jeweler that would reset it without sending it away. I had heard too many horror stories of people getting a different diamond or a fake one back when sending them out. Since I'm not a jeweler I certainly wouldn't know the difference and my diamond is my diamond. It was the one that my husband and I picked out the day we got engaged. I was at the mall and figured, even though I would probably get the same answer, I would stop in anyway. Mike was awesome! He told me to pick a setting in the case and he would replace the diamond that was in that ring with mine. He had said he didn't have time to do it that day because he needed to go out of town (Butler I believe) but that I could pick it up the next afternoon. I was shocked! I told him to go ahead and do it. He promised that my diamond would be locked in their safe over night and he would call me the next day when it was ready. I gave him my diamond, picked a simple setting out of the case and left the store. About 45 minutes later my cell phone rang. It was Mike telling me that he decided to stay and set my diamond since I was so anxious to get it back. AGAIN, I was amazed at his customer service. This was 16 years ago and Luxenberg's has been my jeweler ever since. I even have my son shopping there as this was the only place he went when looking for an engagement ring for his wife and wedding bands for their wedding. Thank you Luxenberg's for being an honest jewelry store and cherishing your customers.

Went in “early” to get my ring checked according to their warranty. They never told me that it would then change the original dates of the warranty. Next time I go in, on time according to my original agreement, they tell me my $8,000 ring has a loose prong and chipped diamond. And won’t honor the warranty because I was late according to the new dates that changed when I went in early on the previous visit. When I called the number for corporate and asked them to follow up with me on if this is a business practice of this store or the franchise, they state they will call back within a few business days. It has been 3 weeks and no call back yet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not only have I found this “Leo diamond” ring to have terrible craftsmanship but now they won’t even fix what must be a design flaw because the hardest thing I do with my hands is work all day at a computer. They won’t communicate with you when they make changes to your warranty so that you can keep it within the correct dates - was one day late on mine! Do not waste your hard earned money for Valentine’s Day or bridal sets. I will be taking my worthless ring to a real jewelry store with an actual jeweler and having it repaired. Won’t spend another dime at this store and neither should you.

Great price to repair my bracelet!

Horrible experience there, I bought me a watch took them nearly 3 hours to size it for me.

A job that normally takes two weeks, took three weeks, which means I will not have my engagement ring by my wedding ceremony. It was stated verbally and on my receipt that my ring would return from getting sized on the 15th. We went to pick it up on the 15th, only to be told that it wouldn't be ready until the 23rd. My wedding is the 22nd!! What a disaster!
