Nice low key jewelery spot. Old fashioned, but they repaired an old watch of mines.

The staff at A Girl's Best Friend are incredibly nice and very helpful. There is a wide variety of inventory to choose from and they can also work with you to create a custom piece of jewelry. This store is a great little gem tucked away in a large shipping plaza.

The jewelry is beautiful, but it’s beautiful every place else as well.. I don’t know what stick these women have shoved up their asses, but seriously.. you don’t need to have such a piss poor attitude.. if I wanted attitude I would go to Cracker Barrel and speak to my waitress..🙄 my fiancé bought me a beautiful engagement ring, that sadly needed resized.. well, I called to ask when it would be back in since my receipt doesn’t say. And with so much attitude and misery the woman was like “I don’t know. We’ll call you when we call you.” Like bruh What.. why are you so mean? I get that everyone is fighting their own “demons” in life, but you don’t need to take out your personal issues on paying customers. I’m a waitress, and if I spoke to people like that I wouldn’t get paid. Your job literally is commission, and you think being mean to people is okay? Like damn. Never shopping here again. I know I’m not the only one that’s had this issue either, because I spoke to a couple of people about it and they said the same thing.. you ladies always have a horrible attitude.

Went to this Peircing Pagoda and got my nose pierced about a month and maybe half a go. Employee was really friendly and seemed very trust worthy. The problem is they peirce with a peircing gun the "bone" stud nose ring is too small and keeps falling out when cleaning (note I have no swelling either). Considering that has happened multiple times, I sanitised the ring well and had reinserted it the healing process was going fine until today. I went to clean it today and it fell out again.. as almost always, and when I went to put it back in it started bleeding this time and now is very sore and irritated. They need to change the way they peirce noses or not peirce at all. Save your $50 and go to a legit shop and have it done.. it will cost more maybe but be worth it. I'll be lucky if it heals...

I needed help picking a wedding band to match my engagement ring, and I wanted to avoid a chain. I went to Diamond Design based on a recommendation from my friend who had loved it there, and I had the best experience!!! She took her time with me and showed me all of my options. I had my Pinterest pictures ready to go and she had all of those, but recommended this ring that’s unique, fits my style, and I’m in loveee with it! It’s the perfect match for my engagement ring, and for me! She and her husband are so friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are so reasonable. I gave her my budget ahead of time and she stayed within it and the rings that fit it were absolutely beautiful. An added bonus was her adorable chihuahua that goes to work with them. I’m definitely going to recommend this place to everyone!!

I had rings sized and appraised at a reasonable price and they were ready for pick up sooner than expected. I would highly recommend Taing Barrhaven to all!

If I could rate it 0 I would. Back in January I picked out a promise ring for my girlfriend, it was a nice silver diamond ring. I got it for a reasonable price, but my girlfriend was a size 7 and apparently they only had a size 6 in the store and that's all the carried. I decided I'd take my chances and see if it would fit snuggly but I purchased the warranty incase I needed it to be resized. Well sure enough it did, I went back and they said that I would have to pay another 100$ for a shank to be added, and even though I was told the warranty would cover it they denied it. I decided not to have it added on after arguing with the girl saying the price of silver was only .54/g and she kept throwing in labour and shipping and other stuff. I ended up just getting it resized but before I did I reminded them to put on the rohdium plating afterwards. 3 weeks later I pick it up and they say it's all done I ask about the rohdium and they assure me it's done. After one day the ring started turning black. I only assumed that they didn't put the rohdium on it was starting to react with stuff. So fast forwad a week my gf has stopped wearing the ring and we decided to go to people's on Tanger and right away they said the Bayshore people Infact did not Dip it in rodhium and that they would polish it and dip it no problem and get it back to me as soon as possible.

Take your business elsewhere! I wanted to warn future customers that Magnolia is not a company you should support. Their customer service is some of the worse I have seen and their employees simply want to make a sale and omit key details when trying to make that sale. My husband recently purchased a bracelet for me as a Christmas present. At the time of purchase he had a lengthy conversation with the sales person about how he was unsure if I would like what he picked out. He directly asked the sales person what the return policy was and she explained that I would have 30days to return or exchange it and printed him a gift receipt. Because he asked the sales person directly, he didn't think to read the fine print. When he got home, the price sticker had been "blacked out", however you could still see the price underneath. So he took it off. Apparently taking off the price tag (on a gift!) voided the exchange policy. I feel that this is very deceitful, especially when it was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Who leaves a price sticker on a Christmas gift?!? When I got in touch with someone at Magnolia, they basically told me that my husband is a liar and said "for all I know you have been wearing the bracelet this whole time". I was baffled by this response! I have worked in retail and customer service in the past and that is no way to speak to a customer. When I tried contacting someone else through FB (they have no customer phone number) I was told that I should stop trying to contact them. It is obviously the same person who fields all emails and does their social media. I will never shop at Magnolia again and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know. Please shop at a company that values their customers, and avoid Magnolia at all costs!

I received a ring from my son's Christmas gift and in a short time the ring became opaque. less than two months. I already bought other cheaper jewels and none of them looked that way. I went complaining and asked to change but they refused. They are very poor quality jewelry, and the costumer service . Never worth buying for high price. the return to the customer and bad. already bought from pandora and nothing happened.
