Took daughter into the Viewmont Mall store. An employees children kept starring and getting right up next to my daughter who was getting her ears pieced for the first time and was already nervous. These two little girls were being pests. Finally when we were walking out one of the kids came up and asked me how much I paid. Why is an employees kids allowed to interact with customers on the sales floor like that? Why was the employee allowing her kids to get the face of customers (the kids getting their ears pierced)?

My experience here was outstanding! Harry showed me a variety of watches from all sorts of brands. He was patient and answered all of my questions in great detail. I feel that I chose the right watch and I did not feel any pressure from the sales staff. I would happily do business again!

Everytime I go into Claire's I am greeted very warmly and the workers are always attentive to my needs. Best accessory shop around. I find the people in Midland, MI to be nicer than the workers in Saginaw or Bay City.

Your Web site is not working

I bought a ring on the 13th the previous month the 5th of the following month three days prior to it's finish date. I get a call a $120 to put a hold sizing bar in it. It's stealing silver all they have is a gold bar. $120 is $50 more then what I paid for the ring. Horrible service.

The store was not there

Rude, Poor customer service, annoyed by children being in the store. my children were stared down by the employees every time they touched anything. very unprofessional, I wish I could leave 0 stars. : (
