Horrible customer service. I had an online purchase that I brought in to return because the back to the one earring was bent (which they tried to make me feel stupid by saying it’s sterling silver, it’s going to bend)..I’m sorry if you are spending that much money on real diamond earrings they should not bend. So they kept trying to sell me others just like it for higher prices than online and when they found I wasn’t interested and that I was just going to order them online again because they wouldn’t match the price they walked away from me and ignored me. I used to love Kay jewelers but I’m starting understand why stores keep going out of business. People are all about sale and not customer service. Now, even if I wanted a future Kay in-store purchase I would NEVER go here again.

The back of my earring was put on incorrectly to the post when my ears were pierced. I came back and the employee said they couldn’t touch me. I am in pain. I spent more than $100 and received 3 piercings that day. Will never come back to Piercing Pagoda.

Big shout out to Cody for getting my watch battery replaced. Watch has been dead a few weeks and nobody wanted to work on it. Came in and he got me taken care of super quick! Wish I had some cash on me vs cards, I'd have thrown him a tip.

I've gotten my ears pierced from there, and it was no good. I didn't notice any problems during the duration of time as it healed, I thought all was good. When it came time to change my earrings (after waiting the proper amount of time) my ears actually bled. Fast forward four years (literally four years), they still seem to have weird effects. Go to a tattoo place where they use a normal needle!

Great place for fun, inexpensive jewelry. Each "display" reflects a different style, and they coordinate all the jewelry, clothing, handbags, accessories and eyewear, which I like. There are almost too many options, if that's possible.

The repair work is amazing. They send it out to Toronto to a gold smith and his work is amazing and fast I am really satisfied with the work
