Jewellery

Took my wedding ring to another jeweler in the city that butchered my ring. The stone in it fell out and the band was uneven. He even made a comment that my ring was no good. Took it to Leduc Goldsmiths. Couldn’t be happier. They listened to what I wanted, didn’t utter a negative word about my ring. Just got it back. The amethyst is gorgeous and mounted beautifully, and they managed to even out the band. It’s everything I wanted in my ring. Very well priced as well. Thank you so much Leduc Goldsmiths!

I was in the store over a half an hour, in this time not one staff member greeted me nor asked me if I needed a hand, I helped myself to an open fitting room as there was no one willing to help me out, when I was coming out of the fitting room there was a staff member putting clothes on hangers she just stared at me not one word was said, didn't bother to ask me how anything fit or if she could take anything so I put it away myself as I didn't want to inconvenience her. Honestly the management wasn't that great before but the latest management seems to be garbage....retail is not for everyone and the girls working at this location clearly hate their job but sometimes you settle which I understand. I don't even want to get into the rest of my experience at cash either way I dislike shopping at this location and the least they could do here is say hello

Great selection and well organized, always clean and very polite staff

Fast, friendly and effective service and repair. Thanks Pro.

My wife and sister usually shop in Ricki's for their clothes. Overall, previously it was decent experience until this morning as the probably new staff was so unprofessional and rude while my wife and sister went for some returns. I am sorry to say Ricki's but you should train your staff to please the customers and not annoy them. The manager has always been very kind and amazing but she was missing today and the morning staff surely gave my wife one of the worst experiences. :(

Lots of great scents for your house...along with an array of other items. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

THE best place to deal with when it comes to your jewelry! Going to be sad to see this leave the community.

I'm from Edmonton and I traveled out here based on a couple of recommendations, worth the drive if you want any custom work done! I got exactly what I wanted for a great price.
