Went to design a bracelet with an engraved charm to honor my late husband. Bonnie and Michael were so kind and generous. Firth has been my go to place for many years. A wonderful caring "family".

I recently visited Zak at Zak's Jeweller's to have my engagement ring/band cleaned and reset with a new centre diamond. The ring was passed down to me by my grandmother and therefore, I did not trust it to be left with just anybody. I am SO happy that I brought it into Zak's Jeweller's as the customer service was beyond fantastic and the ring turned out beautiful. Thank you Zak for making such a special time in my life enjoyable and stress-free! We will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend your shop to all of our friends and family!

I've shopped at this piercing pogada for YEARS. Words can not describe how unsatisfying this place has become. I got a tri color gold bracelet for a gift, now keep in mind the one that i currently have in my possession will be the fourth one returned! I am doing NOTHING out of the ordinary besides wearing it. I am petite build so that's not a factor. Starting with the first time. As i stated it was a gift the first bracelet was thinner there were two options of course one was more expensive. They just broke, if it wasn't the clasps it was the actual links that the gold was around. Very very poor quality. The extended warranty was bought for extra money each time i would go back. The second bracelet i recieved from P.P was thicker and more expensive. I had the same issues clasps or links breaking. This last time i went in i was fed up the girl whose name was LECHE informed me i could not get my moneu back even though i had both receipts for th bracelet and extended warranty. She offered to replace it for the same thing. She knowingly gave me the cheaper of the two bracelets. This isnt the first time the employees of this kiosk have done this. On the third ocassion of bringing the bracelet back my boyfriend went to the kiosk where a girl that we didn't get the name.tried the same exact thing. She acted as though he stole it and was lying about buying the more expensive of the two. Saying that the SKUS didnt match. THESE GIRLS ARE INCOMPETENT. Beyond belief. Its sad because as stated i have shopped here for YEARS. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company. I would advise anyone reading this tp give it a second thought. Kays had a similar piece for 529 dollars we spent a little more money but it was well worth. Thank you LECHE for your incompetence and horrible customer service and also the other girls who did this to my boyfriend.

Me and my fiance had a custom engagement ring made at Kay's recently and it was the best decision by far. The whole process took about 6 months total and well worth the wait. It is a cushion cut morganite set in rose gold with diamonds around the band as well as around the gemstone. Perfect in every way. Thank you Kay's!

Don't recommend this store at all. I have spent considerable amount of money at Swarovski and asked for a return and they refused me because I was 3 days late on their return policy. Spent a half hour on the phone with Swarovski trying to help them understand I'm an international buyer and what not, but it seems the company is useless in providing customer support or catering to a customer's needs if you will. Background: Requested return (within refund period) within my country but since I purchased in the USA I wasn't allowed a refund due to currency conversion. Fine. Sent an email (within refund period) to Swarovski through their website asking on details on how to return the product as I'm an international buyer. No response, even till now. Planned a trip according to my itinerary to get a refund from this store, refused. $351 gone down the drain. Lesson to you, the reader: Think twice before purchasing from Swarovski because they can't stand behind their product and offer the kind of customer service you'd expect from a company of this "caliber". Bunch of cheapskates. Keep the money, I won't be back and won't recommend the company to others at all.
