I really felt like we were treated as though we were trashy and not really worth the time. I got the ring I wanted and she was able to find a match for my engagement ring that I was looking for so I will be forever grateful for that. ( I am giving it three stars for that alone as she was able to find a match) As for my fiance we felt like she did not care nor try to find him a ring and he felt very uncomfortable and ended up buying a ring somewhere else. I wanted us to support a local business as we are from Welland but this left a bad taste in our mouths and I will go elsewhere to get my ring cleaned before we get married.

When my sister's fiance told me he wanted to propose, I knew exactly where to take him for the perfect ring. I've been a long time customer of Mills. From cleanings, to batteries, to purchases, maintenance and warranties, the customer service at Mills is always wonderful. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel like family.

I have worked with Reg and his crew on several ocassions. They are amazing! My husband and I had wedding bands made 11 years ago with out initials intertwined into a celtic design and they still look beautiful. I have had jewelry fixed here and have bought other pieces as well over three years. My mother once visited because one of her favorite rings was missing the opal. It was an odd shaped opal. Reg happened to have one that fit perfectly and fixed it on the spot. On another ocassion a rosary I was given from the 1800s broke. He was able to fix it. My husband is having a detailed ring desigend and they have been most patient with all of his requests. I couldn't speak more highly of this establishment. This my go to place. You will not be disappointed!

If you are looking for a unique place to shop, go to the Haldimand House Marketplace. It is south of the historic Caledonia Bridge. The 170 old building now offers different Merchants inside! Customers can shop for Men's & Ladies clothing, Jewellery, Bath & Body products, Candles, Antiques, Home decor and one of a kind items! If you are hungry, the Oasis Drive-In is next door. It has served generations of customers since 1927! Famous for their footlongs, fresh cut fries, classic burgers and shakes. They also offer their popular fish & chips. All meals are freshly made!
