I don't typically write reviews or want to share negative feelings but I would have liked to be warned before going here. We were asked if we would like to have a gem shipped in for free so I could see it in person before possibly purchasing, of course I said yes. Today we went to see it, it was the wrong size gem and instead of wanting to work with us the gentleman told us he wouldn't order another gem so we could waste his time and then go buy it somewhere else(which now we will be doing). Rude, terrible customer service. He managed to turn what's supposed to be an exciting experience into a negative one. Not what Ive grown to expect from local businesses.

Dave has created two gorgeous wedding rings, a one-of-a-kind pendant and has engraved numerous rings and watches for me. His superior craftsmanship and attention to detail have, quite obviously, made me a repeat customer. Eric is extremely helpful and manages to juggle a lot: from sourcing inventory for the jewelry shop, to his musical instrument and antiques business. Despite being so busy, he always gives everyone his time. Helpful and gives great advice. Forbes is also very generous: gives me good tipoffs on jewelry styles and authenticates stones and metals for me. Get a watch battery change, jewelry cleaning, or repair/sizing here: they give the best price.

What a wonderful, unexpected experience we had at Tick Tock yesterday. I went in with my husband and daughter to have a simple adjustment done on my beautiful new earrings. While waiting, I asked if they would buff my 25 year old Tick Tock engagement and wedding rings which I had mistakenly put into a silver cleaning solution........overnight! (If you’ve done this, it’ll freak you out as your rings will look ruined!) After settling on a reasonable price, they asked me to return that same day to pick them up as they wanted me to have both of my rings for New Year’s. I was surprised when I returned 3 hours later and they gave me my rings.... they were so, so beautiful again! All buffed and shiney, just like 25 years ago - and no charge! They simply wished us well for our next 25 years.... What did my daughter say? “I’m totally getting MY wedding rings from Tick Tock someday”. Hope so! Thanks TT!
