Poor quality. Greedy customer service AVOID at all costs The diamonds keep falling off the ring on a regular basis. I have bought a engagement ring in 2015 and had it repaired due to lost diamonds more then 6 times. Each time, they send it away and promise it won't happen again. It just happened again today. So disgusted with having bought here in the first place The manager is also a liar and wants nothing more than to meet her quarterly quota. She will deceitfully mislead you to make a sale even though she knows it's not the best for you. They really should be out of business, they are crooks.

I had 2 custom pieces designed for my wife. I couldn't believe a jeweler like this was so close to home. The earrings and pendant look spectacular and turned out better than in my mind! The entire staff was truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Very fair and reasonable

Awesome jewelry store - they did an amazing job much nicer than the picture I sent them to create a custom ring. The CAD pic they created was exactly the way I wanted it and the final product reflected the CAD to a "T", the price was 1/2 from the other retail jewelry stores and the quality above and beyond. The attention to detail and pleasant atmosphere makes this place a 10 star.

I recently walked into Alson Jewelers with intentions of LOOKING AND LEARNING about the watch brands that they carry. I was greeted by Heather (and thankful that I was). She took the time to show me around the whole store and answer all of the questions I had. I never felt pressured to buy even though I explained up front that I wasn't in the market just yet. She was extremely patient with me and never made me feel like I was a bother. Alson has an amazing selection of brands and even pre-owned pieces. When I am ready, I will be visiting Alson and Heather!
