My favorite manager is now at the Waterloo store.😁😁😁 I always get the best service from her and spend the most money....lol

Excellent goods. Excellent people.

Bought my mother in laws birthday gift here. They keep a list of what she has and we she wanted for those interchangeable necklaces. Amazing customer service made gift giving super easy! Owners are also the nicest people you could meet!

Lovely shopping experience with amazing finds!

Nice stuff, good cause but slightly pricey.

Nice shop with unique gifts inside.

Very friendly, open, and knowledgeable. I might not go out of my way to shop here, but would not hesitate to do so when in the Bancroft area.

Awesome shop. By the pound Rockhounding in the back with lots of selections.

I shop here every chance I get. Kyle had made a beautiful custom ring for me that was a big hit as a gift for an important birthday. Thanks Kyle and everyone at Metzger.

These guys are amazing! Their prices are fabulous and they are so friendly and helpful. I recommend to all my friends and we get all our jewelry here. No need to haggle for the best price as they give you the best price on the display. Thank you Karim and Farzina!

Speak to Margie, she will make your day. Incredibly helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain if you don’t understand. Margie saved the day after my girlfriend and I had a horrible experience at Peoples Jewellers.

Genson and Wendy were great to deal with when purchasing my fiancées engagement ring. They worked with me on price, helped me pick out a beautiful ring from an exclusive collection (only a few locations carry it and this one is one of them) and set me up with a care plan all within my budget. I bought the ring well in advance of the proposal and every time I walked by the store, whether I went in or not, I was greeted by name and asked "so, did you do it yet?" Their care and attention to detail in my experience was fantastic. The diamonds are ethica, product is very nice and lifetime warranty means they stand behind their product. Thanks! We'll definitely be in soon to purchase the wedding rings!

Peter is excellent to deal with, simply excellent service and great communication.
