The staff has treated me with nothing but respect and kindness since the first time I went to the store. The selection is nothing short of amazing, but what I think is the best is the ability to get a custom piece of jewelry from these amazing jewelers. Some of their custom work is absolutely stunning. I won't go anywhere else from now on!

I dropped off a ring to get resized and I was given an estimated date of completion 2 weeks later. Over a month later after not having received any phone calls from them, I decided to call to check on the status and I was told that the place they send the ring to was really busy and to be a little patient. It would have been nice to get a phone call to update me on the status but fair enough..I can wait a bit longer. I waited another month and still no phone call from them so I gave them a call myself to check on the status. I was told that they had received a cost estimate 2 weeks prior and were waiting for my approval before doing the work. I don't know why they couldn't bother calling me so at this point I'm getting pretty frustrated. I told them to go ahead with the work and to let me know when it comes in. Now 2 weeks later and still not having received a call from them, I decided to check on the status once more and what do you know... they had received the ring 2 days earlier and still didn't bother calling me. The whole process took 2.5 months just to have a ring resized. When I went to pick it up the sales person was rude and couldn't get rid of us fast enough. She didn't even take the time to see if the ring fit and whether we were satisfied with the work or not. I personally will never do business there again.

I had a special pendant made for my mother-in-law and could not be happier. They worked with me through the whole process even with me living in Colorado.

The first floor has tools and electronics. The second floor has jewelry. We went there to buy an engagement ring. They have an incredible selection and it is organized by price. Ashley helped us and guided us. Once she knew what we were looking for more spefically, she was able to recommend trying some specific rings. I appreciated that she was honest enough to tell us if a ring didn't look great on my finger and if one didn't have the quality we were looking for. Since we were paying in full, she made us an incredible deal right off the bat. We are so happy with our purchase! I highly recommend this place.

Staff was not helpful only needed simple watch battery change

Went on a recommendation of a friend but was not happy with the way they treated us. They never asked us what exactly we were looking for nor how they can help us find it but rather that the friend who referred us was not on their list. Felt very humiliated from their treatment!

My new go-to for all my jewelry needs! Mr. Dewitt is a no-nonsense type a dude, and makes you feel like he really knows his stuff, and he does. Gives a great and more-than-fair amount of money for pawns, and has an incredible selection of him and her diamond wedding bands. Good location in the revitalized Fifth Street Arcades between Euclid and Prospect.
