I had a very unpleasant experience with Studio Jewelers. Briefly, I bought a couple of items some time ago, and since they did not have one of them at the store, I looked it up in their catalogue and ordered it. However, they did not mention that their return policy does not accept items that were not present at the store at the time of purchase which means that anything not bought right off the shelf cannot be returned. So when I came back to return the item, they did not take it and told me it was my fault that I did not read the slip carefully. Additionally, be ready to pay at least twice as much as you would somewhere else. Also, friendliness is not something you should except at this place. I agree that the owner is difficult to deal with and can even be a little rigid and insulting. I do not feel like they appreciated me as a customer.

We had my wife's wedding ring remade. It was a gold ring remade into a platinum ring with a bigger center diamond. t came out amazing! She loves it. We definitely recommend Goodman's Jewelers. Ask for Artie.

Smooth, treated fairly with candid feedback. Not always easy to sell a keepsake and sentiment can get in the way of ambition. However, a friendly and efficient experience turned the trip into a pleasant visit. Recommended.

I love this place so much because it has very cute eyes has very cute stuff that teenagers should use black mascara eyeshadow and they have very cute bottles and that's why I like that start a very cute hats and very cute nail polishes that's why I really like them and they also have some very awesomeness minions and they are so cute that's why I like that store

The staff was rude my mother waited to get my daughters ears pierced for a half an hour to be told they couldn't let her do it because she wasn't a legal Guardian and it was the law. If that's the case it should be posted as you walk into the store like any other piercing establishment in the state of Wisconsin. My five year was crushed and the staff were rude as can be. They left the store with out any of the merchandise they had picked because my mother was so disgusted with their behavior and attitude. They will never get mine or my mothers business ever again.
