Loved it people there were super helpful and friendly

The absolute best in customer service!!! Paul and Marsha really take the time to understand and accommodate.

Great store with a wonderful selection. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Great place to shop. Knowledgeable, courteous and helpful!

I recently visited The Jewelry Center during their jewelry estate sale. I found a wonderful update to my wedding ring at a fabulous price. They definitely put the customer in customer service. Thanks for the great experience!

They pay more for Jewelry they can resell? Offered $600 for a pair of 2ct diamond solitaire earring. Paid over 7k. After immediately refusing the offer and gesture to leave. The woman tried to ask me what I wanted for them. I could tell she really wanted them knowing the resell markup to that ridiculous offer had to be well over 1000%. Sold them privately for $5,500.

Genesis was able to fix my engagement ring quickly and BEAUTIFULLY! I am so pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend them! (Bonus: they have so many beautiful pieces for sale as well! Stop in and have a look!)

My husband and I bought my wedding band from this location. The sales reps were very helpful. They had a great selection at decent prices compared to where we got my engagement ring. I recently returned to have my band resized. I don't remember the name of the rep that assisted me but while there, I asked about enhancers and wraps. She was more than happy to show me their selection and tell me about the redesigning events they have. But she also understood that I wasn't able to make a purchase that day so she didn't push me into buying anything. I hope to return to redesign my wedding ring set in the near future.

When I went for the first time on Saturday. The sales clerk was not friendly. When I went back to pick up an item I liked she had just locked the doors. She opened the door and says we close in 5 minutes do u know what u want? Really? Will not go back. Very unpleasant experience. I went back today on Monday and had a totally different experience. The girl was happy, helpful, and polite. So I will rob go back just not on the weekend.

Reputable Jewelers that would give you. Great service. I've would go here first.

Very easy to work with and does beautiful custom work. Created a wedding band that perfectly matched the engagement ring purchased in Jamaica. Prices can't be beat.

HE IS A CROOK. Do not do business here! I know that people need to make money in this business but he crosses the line. Terrible human being
