Nate and Tricia at The Diamond Center were so helpful! My (now) fiancé and I stopped in there no less than at least 4 times before we decided on exactly what we wanted for an engagement ring. They were so patient with us, let us see so many options, and even so many variations of basically the same thing (because my fiancé and I are so dang picky!). The Diamond Center has the best selection and the most to choose from, so it's easy to find the perfect ring here. I'm so happy with my engagement ring and it is so beautiful! Our experience at The Diamond Center couldn't have been better.

Patrick from beginning to the end was super professional and respectful to my girlfriend and I. He did an amazing job of listening to what she liked and recommended some really amazing options. Also after the ring was finished he made sure that it was perfect and lined up properly and I am forever grateful and would recommend him to anyone looking for a ring for their significant other. I have gotten three total cartilage piercings here and they have all turned out great! It's a good price and the service is wonderful! I have had no problems with them at all.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Gruno's Diamonds in Madison, WI and will be going back soon to purchase a wedding band. Each time I visit Gruno's I am happily greeted by Brad and other staff members who treat me like a friend, not just a customer. Being a jewelry novice, I was lucky enough to have Brad thoroughly educate me during my engagement ring selection and purchase. I'd recommend Gruno's Diamonds, and will continue to trust them for future jewelry and watch purchases.

I visited the place on 10/19/14. They had quite a few good looking dresses, but the two girls that were working there weren't really interested in talking with customers. They were chatting with each other and dancing to the music (!!!). I felt awkward approaching them and left the store...

I went to this store, to get my ears pierced. In my surprised the manager jasmine ask me for my ID, and I show her my employment authorization, because I don't have the drivers license already! I have to do the exam. And she said that if I'm not American citizens " she can't do it" I said! " what do you need to see ?" My date of birth ? She said "no, is our policies". I feel really bad. Because it was like racist! Again I told she if she need something else like a social security, she said "no" finally I didn't understand why she did that ? I told that I need to speak with some one else! And she refused. Finally I told that is stupid ask for something like that! The employment authorization is like ID from the government. Is so stupid and ridiculous. As a result i got my ears pierced finally. It was embarrassing and stupid! I hope she can read it. Learn something ? life is one. God created us into one world. Don't be selfish. And God bless you .
