Everytime I come into the store the service is top notch from their warm greeting to the very end. I just left the store and Hazel and Behnaz were fantastic. I will never deal with anyone else.

In need of new glasses I decided to check out Optical on Main Street. Choosing new glasses is always such a chore for me but Irina was very patient as she helped me select my new frames. I was very pleased with the service and felt the prices were very good.

Dr. Khan and Dr. Park are super nice, and very accommodating.

I purchased three sets of glasses here. One pair for my daughter and the other two for myself Including a pair of sunglasses. I paid extra to have scratch resist coding on my new lenses. Within the first week of getting my glasses I noticed a scratch on the right lens, and brought them in to be fixed. The staff claimed that the coverage I had purchased didn’t cover this type of scratch. Needless to say I was ripped off. Not happy and I would not recommend buying glasses here. After spending $1000 I had to pay out of pocket for my glasses to be fixed. Since then I have purchased a new pair from Hakim Optical on Dundas. I was extremely pleased, they have a huge selection of well priced glasses and the staff are extremely helpful! I would recommend going there!

I bring my son to Dr Manso at the location on Davis Dr, she is amazing! Very friendly and really great with young children! The front staff are also very lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr.

Walked in yesterday evening to have my glasses fixed (one arm had broken off) and they were understanding and did a great job! Thank you!

My family members have been patients at Dr. Joseph Elmalem & Associates for over 15 years. During that time we have consistently received excellent care from several of the doctors who practice at the office and the welcoming, kind and knowledgeable front desk staff who support these doctors. Recently, my 90 year old mother had the misfortune of developing a very serious and aggressive eye infection. The office is open 7 days a week so my mother was able to be seen on a Sunday quickly and conveniently. The quick diagnosis of Dr Jeremy Han and his efforts to have my mother referred immediately to the best possible care were exceptional. The front desk staff, whom we have always found to be welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable, went above and beyond to provide assistance getting my mother referred to the appropriate specialist. The front desk staff also gave us support and showed my mother great kindness at a very scary and upsetting time. My mother was operated on later that day at Toronto Western Hospital, followed up by her specialist there, Dr. Han and Dr Joseph Elmalem locally and thanks to the work of all of the staff at Dr Joseph Elmalem & Associates my mother's vision was restored and a full recovery was achieved. Throughout the over 15 years with this practice, my family has received competent care and excellent service and we highly recommend Dr. Joseph Elmalem & Associates.

Visited here for the first time this week. Dr. Jozwik is very professional, relaxed, and explained everything that was going on and why he was doing certain tests

I Would Of give this a 0 star if I can I have been a customer here for the pass 6 years dealing with the old manager Bang and bringing in my family and ton of other referral . Coming in now it seems like they don’t want to help me . Customer Service is very poor comparing to before with Bang and Blair .

First of all, I am living in a homeless shelter, struggling really badly, and have severe health problems. When I first called for the initial exam I made it clear of why I needed the exam and what exact brand I needed in contact lenses. I also made it clear that due to my personal and financial situations, I can't afford much and that I have really bad anxiety. I booked a time slot for a ride from one of the staff from my shelter which is almost impossible to arrange, went all the way over there and they tell me THEN that there is an extra fee for the contact lens fitting and Dr. Chow was late which was very unprofessional, irresponsible, careless and disrespectful to my time, effort, and energy as a person with many health problems. Then, when I came back to get my contacts fitting, they tell me THEN that they don't carry that brand anymore, instead telling me before going through the hassle of leaving my shelter and getting there. This is all unbelieveable to me that this optometry
