I'm so happy I found this amazing yoga studio! I've tried a variety of classes and have loved them all so far. All of the instructors are wonderful too.

Very disappointed in the poor treatment I received from Maria, who claimed to be the owner. I quit the club in May when I transferred to another city. I realized that they had still been withdrawing payments. She cited the “contract” and that legally I had no recourse because I did not provide this in writing. Even after discussing the situation on the phone she still insisted that I either come in person to fill out a cancellation form or send in a registered letter. If not they will CONTINUE to withdraw payments. I have no legal recourse I know, am disgusted

My favorite fitness studio! Great atmosphere and instructors. Yostrong is the perfect combo of yoga and weights.

Been attending for 6 months and the instructors are different but great in there own way. That is a benefit.

Love it here! Staff is friendly and helpful. It's taken me quite some time to find a gym where I feel comfy and is truly a no judgement zone! I highly recommend this gym!

Excellent atmosphere and very knowlegable owners that will help you out and answer your questions as they come up. I have been enjoying the macro projects that they have available!! Keep up the good work guys!!

This place is full of wonderful staff and the equipment is basically well maintained people are accepting and very team oriented !

I have been going to the Yoga Body Shop for over 2 years now. I can't express how much it has changed my life for the better. Transformed me inside and out. This new yoga community, my other family has helped me become the person I always felt was there but didn't know how to access. I am physically and mentally in the best place I have ever been. What a wonderful group on instructors who each and every time teach me how to grow in my practice, to slow down, keep focus and discover. Don't rush the process, step on your mat and learn. I highly recommend the Studio for Yogis of all levels. Thank you Yoga Body Shop for changing my life for the better and helping me to grow in life and my practice. Love you guys !

Navjit (Nina) and her studio are absolutely wonderful. She is supportive, joyful and extremely knowledgeable. The space is beautiful and the energy within it is always so welcoming and comforting. I've thoroughly enjoyed various yoga classes as well as healthful cooking classes. Thanks! :)

A standard small town recreation centre with a hockey rink/stands, several change rooms, 4 sheets of curling ice, a curling club, a confectionery during games, a large hall and smaller hall upstairs. There is a large well equipped kitchen attached to the curling club and large hall for catering. There are fairly standard washrooms, an elevator, and the stands are heated but not overly comfortable. There is abundant parking outside of the building. I have been to many weddings, events, hockey games, curling bonspiels, and concerts held on the venue. All were enjoyable and the facility was adequate for the events. I would recommend this centre.
