Jeff's been my trainer for about a year and a half and I've had such a wonderful experience working with him. His positive attitude and encouragement allows me to be pushed to my limit. The small group environment has given me the opportunity to meet others in a friendly environment that's not intimidating. It's never boring at the gym with Jeff as he mixes up the workout and there's always a new exercise to learn! In addition, Jeff's given me nutrition advice on how to keep a balanced and healthy diet without sacrificing the overall amount of food I eat. As a result, I feel more energized and have managed to shed a few pounds!

Pretty good gym. Free weights area big. Activity room is quite large. Has a great variety of machines and set up nicely. Change room is decent. Clean, doesn't smell, decent locker size, spacious. Staff was alright. Can have more water fountains.

Some really great instructors here! Variety of flow styles and class dynamics all delivered in a friendly, inclusive vibe. Good pricing too. Have been going here for more than 5 years - highly recommend to check it out!

Had a great time learning aerial yoga and hatha yoga from Thomas. Best part is that it’s a small class (10-15 people, but sometimes less) so the instructor can teach you what you need to work on. He also has an assistant (I forgot her name) who helps beginners so no one falls behind. The teacher is also trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Would definitely recommend!
